I’ve tried lots of their products and they are gorgeous. I have very problematic skin; with dryness and rosacea and their Hypoallergenic and Rosacea treatments have been blissful for my skin! The redness sadly hasn’t improved in my skin but I’m looking into my diet to help with that. The hair products are also lovely and feel very natural, restoring my hair condition.
John has been fantastic when I’ve reached out for advice, a lovely and supportive customer service experience.
Only improvement I could suggest would be closed loop recycling program for used bottles / tester pots etc. Other than that - absolutely perfect!!

A little goes a long way with the oil…
A little goes a long way with the oil and moisturiser. My skin feels very soft and smooths out my wrinkles, not that I’ve got many! I’m on my second lot and will be buying more.

I am a bit confused as to where to go…
I am a bit confused as to where to go from here... I tried the 2 samples kit ( one for rosacea and one for sensitive skin ) but I would not know which is best for me. I would be happier to pay more for the kits and actually have more to test on...those 2 tiny tubs are not enough to determine which is best. ( that is why i gave only 3 stars )
Also, I am thinking that I may be allergic to aloe....aloe can give a reaction, so maybe this is the case for me?.....confused...

we provide 6 tubs which includes postage for £4.99 ie 3x prone to rosacea 3x prone to allergy /extra sensitive.. the post cost us £3 alone to send them so we are only left with £2 to cover 6 tubs with 3-5ml in each, but you can reorder more if you want . The idea is to see which naturals work best and then buy the full sizes so you effectively move over to the naturals that suit your skin type.
Avoid if you have sensitive skin
Writing this review on trust pilot as I left a negative review on their website and noticed it doesnt show up! Therefore please be aware of this company hiding reviews.
I got the rocasea calming kit and it wasn't calming at all. BURNT and had the most intense redness and huge bumps on my face which I had never experienced before. I'm still recovering from it weeks later. The company then sent me a "hypoallergenic" kit to try which was just as bad and also burnt my skin. Please avoid if you have sensitive skin. My skin has never looked so bad!! :(

we are sorry you have not experienced our products that well which is strange given over 50,000 have had great experience which can been seen on our web site reviews with products and I have offered to use my 25 years in dermatology skin problems to help but you have blank me to do so .There is something extraordinary here as everyone has a good experience with our products and I suspect you had very sensitive skin before using ours. They cannot burn your skin that nonsense there is nothing in them but organic plants compounds which have zero allergies or chemicals and I said to you that the calming range was not the ones you should be using with sensitive skin that's for rosacea, something else is going on you may have used them with something else like chemical sunscreens but you will not accept my help then there is little I can do. we have no control over what's posted here (john Hamilton biogerontologist & dermatology research scientist)

Very impressed
I have suffered with skin breakouts/rosacea for a few years now, all due to peri menopause. Nothing has worked. However, last month I purchased the hypoallergenic face wash and moisturiser and the calming oil. I have been using them daily for a month now and have seen a huge difference. My face was covered in sore areas and bright angry red welts. A month later and I have no sore areas and the red is reduced to very tiny spots that I am hoping with continued use will also disappear. I kept a photographic record and the results looking at day one to a month later are incredible. You do need to persevere, although the calming oil is lovely for producing instant calming feel, it took a while to clear up nearly everything - don't give up!

Googling eczema help …
Heard about this company through googling stuff as my skin has been awful,so I took the plunge and ordered some samples so glad I did,I then ordered done hydrating anti aging cream and oil and one of the facial washed,rash on my neck has pretty much cleared up it smells amazing and feels great on my skin

just tap the bottom and the remainder will drop off the sides to pump up and we over fill the bottle by 10% so you never lose out
5 star Rosacea products
I have been using the face wash, oil and moisturiser for 9 months.
During that time my skin has gradually improved to the point where it is almost blemish free.
