Good product, miserable delivery
I ordered direct from Naty rather than Amazon as I usually do. The package isn’t even in transit yet. Nice time to send me a message asking me to rate the product! Always pretty happy with the nappies and wipes but so disappointed that they offer such miserable shipping — especially when ordering from home country Sweden!

The absolute best diapers. Healthy for my baby skin and a good protection.
The absolute best diapers I have tried. I tried several brands when my baby was born, but realised that all the other brands have plastic in the diapers that touches babys skin. I was not a fan of that, and Googled my way to Eco by Naty Hoping it was a good diaper as well as healthy for my baby.
And I must say that I wasn’t disappointed. My baby is long and the other brands doesn’t fit him. I had “accidents” on his clothes and everything, when I use another brands.
These diapers are not only good for my baby skin, but also the best protection against “accidents”

The diapers are of excellent quality, I'm only sorry for the packaging which is made of plastic, it would have been nice to have a 100% plastic free alternative on the market, even in the packaging.

Wir benutzen die Windeln schon für das zweite Baby und haben super Erfahrungen gemacht. Keine Probleme mit der Babyhaut oder Auslaufen der Windel.
Meine zwei Kritikpunkte sind, dass das Abschließen bzw. Pausieren des Abos ikomplizierter geworden ist und das die Verpackung noch mal überdacht werden könnte (gar keine bei dein Abos oder Papier?). Ziehe trotzdem keinen Stern ab.

The subscripyion was not good, the 3 weeks order turnes into 4 so I was Rin out of diapers, I wrote many times but they just limit to say the order was on his way… it took like 10 days to arrive

The price of the postage & packaging
The price of the postage & packaging, I was expecting more for the price and these could have been packaged in a envelope which would have saved on the price of shipping and would save the use of all the wasteful packaging, I have since found a very similar product for £2.50 locally and the wipes themselves are much larger as we compared them in the shop.

Gestión rápida y buen servicio. Llevo 2 años comprando y nunca he tenido problema. Estaría bien poder incluir productos sueltos cuando se tiene la suscripción periódica para poder tener también el descuento en estos, por ejemplo, toallitas.

Advertising same day shipped. Ordered at night 4 days ago and still not shipped.
Had to contact twice for customer service. Stated it’s shipped but isn’t registered as left. Say it won’t come for 5-7 days - don’t order if you need nappies.
