Happy with upgrade.
I am really impressed with these new types of nappies. The first set I got were very bad, I vowed never to buy from you again but I say that you had a upgraded one and I am happy with it. It still has space for improvement but otherwise, it's okay.

No delivery in 1 week
I wish the delivery was way faster. I ordered on saturday and it seems that we won't be receiving the order until monday at least. During the whole week there hasn't been even a single delivery intent.

Very simple ordering process. Evri delivered the parcel in good time & in great condition, with excellent communication along the way.
The flushable fragrance-free wipes are a super product, & ideal for my highly reactive sensitive skin that hates almost everything… but not these these wipes! 🙂

Värdelös tjänst
1. Hemsidan fungerar inte som den ska - kunde inte beställa hem nästa storlek i min prenumeration pga tekniskt strul. Var tvungen att maila med kundtjänst för att kunna lägga min order. Tog över en vecka.
2. Kundtjänst lägger orden åt mig efter många om och men. Nu har det gått flera veckor sedan jag först försökte beställa och jag har fortfarande inte fått blöjorna. När de väl levereras (ca 150 st) kommer de vara för små för mitt barn.
Rekommenderar inte detta företag. De marknadsför att man enkelt ska kunna klicka hem den storlek man behöver med 3-5 dagars leverans. Stämmer inte. Har lagt så mycket tid på att få hem min order och när den väl kommer att levereras kommer jag inte behöva blöjorna. Pengar i sjön. Hade varit 100 gånger enklare och smidigare att bara gå ut och köpa i affären.
Spara er tid och pengar och använd inte Natys tjänster. Väldigt missnöjd.

Also zwei windeln in der Nacht halten nicht ...Bett nass. Am Tag heute auch eine windel locker geworden und kindersitz im Auto,komplette Kleidung nass...sowas hat ich noch nie. Echt für den preis ne Frechheit. Kauf ich nie nie wieder

A bad fit most often causes leakage. Babies come in all sizes and shapes, and it is unfortunately impossible to create a diaper that suits them all. We encourage you to try another size. We do our best to give weight recommendations, but they might not be correct for your baby.
