5 stars. What a positive experience I had in store. Romford branch. A lady named Emma, who specialises in the paint section, really did go above and beyond. She helped me decide on colours, types of paint etc. Nothing was too much, and she had so much patience with me. She is amazing. Thank you Emma!

The tiles are excellent quality & i love the colour & pattern, I didn't see any obvious repeats & they actually all look handmade (i went for the Lume Olive gloss porcelain) the delivery was cheaper when I had to order a fre extra tiles so I was happy with that & they arrived in good time with none damaged, happy to use them again

Popped into Chadwell heath branch and Kay was amazing.
Asked lots of questions and got the assistance that my family member needed. Compared to other places, her knowledge was really good.

I ordered a box of tiles which I received but even though the packaging was superb there were some that were damaged. I reported this to their customer services and within 48 hours received replacement tiles in perfect condition. Definitely will use this company again.

I had to choose 3 different types of tiles for my bathrooms. Asa (Stevenage branch), was absolutely brilliant. He spent a lot of time with me in the showroom. Had no hesitation in carrying tiles around so i could see different combinations at work. Great customer service so well done Asa.
To top it off, i had a great delivery experience today from a very friendly N&C driver who kindly carried and put all the tiles into my garage - many thanks for that. This is stark contrast to the delivery experience I had yesterday from a different tile shop where the driver was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Well done N&C - i'll be back.

Great speedy service, exemplary customer service.

Saw some tiles in store which I liked but the still did not have enough stock, was told by staff they can transfer from another store so I paid, 2 weeks later and regular phone calls, the stock has still not arrived in store, being told number of stories such as bereavement, lack of staff, etc would be good if they were just honest .... Now I have tradesmen ready to go with no tiles so had to go into store for a refund.

Ordered tiles 1 week later they sent a email saying they did not have enough tiles to complete the order.Asked them to send me what they had 4 deliveries later still waiting for the remaining tiles.Emails are not been answered really poor service from the online team

I’d never heard of this company till placing my order last week for stunning Marazzi tiles …so much better than ranges we’d seen locally. The Italian porcelain Lume gloss tiles are top quality porcelain with great gloss finish and are intentionally designed to look handmade. Simple ordering and quick delivery despite a bank holiday. Tiles as clearly explained on website were delivered securely on pallet by a very friendly driver who got the pallet as close to front door as possible. N&C made clear we needed to unpack from pallet and take inside ourselves - this was very clear in the communications so we were prepared. Lastly not least everyone else selling these tiles online we found were £69-85/m… n&c selling for a bargain £41/m. We thought it is too good to be true … but TOTALLY TRUE! I would strongly urge people to check out N&C Tiles before looking elsewhere. Great online experience!
