I'm only giving 3 stars unfortunately as I ordered this product on the 23rd August but it didn't get processed and sent til 26th of September(a whole month later) but it a least it arrived at all unlike the last company I tried to purchase this item that has never arrived. It did come packed well which is good.

The lid to my magimix food processor broke. I got onto the internet and found “Need A Part” on replacement lids and bowls for my processor. it was very clear to understand, Sam sent me the required part, it arrived promptly. I couldn’t make it work as it was different to the old lid but Sam patiently helped me with many emails and phone calls until I figured it out.
I would recommend to anyone needing a new part for their processor to use this company, Sam is amazing, especially with older not so tech people like me and I am most grateful for their professionalism and advice.

Sam Harrison was helpful. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong part having been assured the coding was the problem not the name of the product. This is extremely poor service from an online company. I am beyond frustrated and would not feel confident to use this online service again.
