We’re glad to hear your order arrived quickly and that you loved the design, but we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find the fit wasn’t right — especially when you've worn our pieces before in the same size.

Just to clarify, we do offer free UK returns when processed through our website's returns portal. We're sorry if this wasn't clear at the time.

If you haven’t already done so, please do email our Customer Care team with your order number details. This will allow us to share your valuable feedback with our technical team so they can review the fit of this particular style.
