Arrived torn
I ordered this dress for an event. It arrived with a hole in the box and a tear on the front which meant it lost sequins. I was offered either a 15% discount if I went to a seamstress (which would have cost more than the discount and I had no time) or a replacement if I ordered again with express delivery (with no guarantee it would arrive in time, but the delivery fee would be waived as a gesture of goodwill). For the price you would hope the dress would be packaged properly and not placed in a thin flimsy box and token paper.

Really great dresses were beautiful just sizing was difficult ended up with size 20 but otherwise I’m size 14.
Arrived in good time and lovely packing .
My wedding dress received many compliments and would have been great to actually see them all in an outlet as can only order so many .

The dress is beautiful
The dress is beautiful, but really disappointed it was stuffed in a box half the size it needed to be. It was posted without an outer box so it’s defaced with an address label and writing from the delivery courier. Plus I couldn’t get the dress back in the box for storage, so I’ve had to buy a box myself… it genuinely spoiled the experience of purchasing such an expensive dress, definitely not what I expected from such a respected brand.

Needle and Thread - Exquisite Dresses & incredible customer service
Needle and Thread is a wonderful company selling uniquely exquisite dresses. They also provide a valuable concierge service through Harper - a real bonus when my dress didn’t fit.
On heavily sequined items I would suggest sizing up (that was my experience).
I have been thinking about the dress constantly and will be back for a bigger size

I used the Harper concierge service to try on lots of dresses for an upcoming family wedding.
It was brilliant. All of the dresses were gorgeous and it was brilliant being able to try a lot. I ended up choosing a dress I added last minute as a wild card. But its beautiful, comfortable and a wonderful fit (I did size up one size as I have a larger chest!). Perfect for a special eventn

Overall a good experience.
Really helpful customer service, a great try-before-you-buy option, which is very helpful when deciding on an overall look or sizing.
The only issue I would say is that the sizing is very off. It states true to size, but I didn't find this to be the case at all and I would very much advice going on the measurements and ignore the size label.

Beautiful selection of dresses. Arrived when due, packed well and delighted with style and quality. Very easy to return the dress not needed and keep the other. The Harper try before you buy is also helpful.
