Neo 7-32 spacer experiece
I have fitted a Neo spacer for my Beovision 7-32 stand. Unfortunately, there was no clear mounting instruction available on either the Neo website or as hardcopy with the spacer. After two trial sessions, I was able to mount it correctly. It is a very robust fit for my new flatscreen tv and has space to hide wiring and poweradapters.

Check whether you need all elements before buying the whole set
All components fit perfectly and the whole set looks great, as if you never changed of TV screen. The only point is that some parts were unnecessary in my case, but as shipping costs are high, I decided to buy all "just in case".

7-32 upgrade with neo7 and LG Oled
I fitted an LG OLED 48-inch on a 7-32 stand with beolab 7.1 speaker. The Neo 7 kit with spacer, vesa-plate and tilt stop turned this into a compact and nice setup. Many thanks to Neomesteren for advice during the setup. I would note that it takes a bit of research, time and involvement from the buyer to get everything configured and set up correctly - but very happy with the result.

Very poor support
The order and delivery of the package were fine, as were the goods themselves. However, the installation and usage instructions are very poor. And the online support is grossly inadequate and cheeky. As I understand it, Neomesteren's niche with Neo Radio is to provide an interface to extend the life of older B&O products listed on Neomesteren's flyer. I don't understand why there is not a specific and simple installation and usage guide for each of these old B&O devices. Instead, you have to put up with a single incomprehensible document. The German version is so bad that I tried to help myself with the English one. But even this is not useful. When I finally tried to contact online support, I was met with monosyllabic and snippy answers. An inquiry finally led to the following impertinent reply “You need a better tone of voice, if you want free support”. And that was the end of the communication, without any further response to my concerns.

If you read Trustpilot responses from Neomesteren's customers, you immediately see that most have a rating of 5 stars - thank you for that.
We would very much like to help customers with honest and competent answers.
In the case of Daniel Schlaepfer, the case is completely different.
The first question is from Daniel, who shows that he has not read the user manual - neither for Neo Radio nor for his own B&O product. We therefore ask him to read the manual. After this, the tone changes from him and he becomes unpleasant and rough in tone. First comment left is "But you could also tell me, right?"
It is now clear that he does not bother to read the manual. It requires more than just a connection of two cables. If you don't have the competence to do more yourself, we have skilled dealers.
We ask him to read the manual, but he rudely replies "I think you should try a little harder. The BS4 manual does not say how to change from dab to FM."
It is clear that he has not read any manual at all and does not understand how to set it up. If we are to be polite and help, it also requires him to be - he is just rude and coarse.
We ask him for a better answer tone and once again get just an ugly answer in return.
Such an approach does not give any positive return and here you do not want to help.
We are happy to offer to send the product back, as another customer will probably enjoy the products more.
