Please do not what so ever book with this auto transport company!! This is my complete review of the experience and stressed my family and I went through.

My husband I got a quote of $2,125 that covers door to door services including insurance etc from Anchorage to Wisconsin. We got charged an extra $2,695.8= 2,025.08+$670. They lied to my face, changed my name on my booking, tried to make me sign a completely new contract just to have the name on my booking changed. They said they do this to every customer from raising the price to you paying for everything other than your given quote. They even tried to claim that Matson(the cargo company I dropped my vehicle at) does not know anything and they would not listen when they were the ones I've been contacting with about this entire situation. The agent, Lucas even confirmed multiple times that we would not have to pay no more charges after we paid the due balance of $1,700 but no we were hit with the $2,025.08 after our car arrived in Tacoma. It took the agent a whole week and a half just to write an email, AN EMAIL, to Matson to add me as reference as we decided to pick up or car. Our car got to the port on August 31st, he did not change it until September 10th just only after talking to my husband.

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! DON'T LET YOUR FAMILY OR RELATIVES EVER BOOK WITH THEM!!

⭐ 1 STAR – VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I had a very disappointing experience with Nest Auto Transport.

I accepted a vehicle transport order from this broker for $550, and my carrier confirmation clearly showed the agreed rate of $550.

When I contacted the broker to get the customer’s information, they gave me a phone number for someone who never answered my calls. That person later sent me a text telling me that my driver could pick up the vehicle at any time.

When my driver arrived at the pickup location, that person then gave him another phone number for the person who actually had the vehicle.

When I contacted that person, she explained that she was the vehicle owner and had been quoted $450 CASH for the entire transport, to be paid upon delivery.

This was completely different from the $550 rate shown on our official confirmation from the broker. I explained the situation and showed the owner our confirmation showing the $550 rate. She understandably canceled the transport because she had been given different pricing information.

The biggest problem was how Nest Auto Transport handled the situation. After I contacted them and explained everything that had happened, they did not take responsibility or offer any solution. Instead, they simply canceled the order and left us with the wasted time and expense of sending a driver to the pickup location.

A professional broker should make sure that the customer and carrier receive the same information regarding the agreed price and transportation terms. Giving the carrier one price while apparently giving the customer a different price creates unnecessary problems for everyone involved.

I would NOT recommend working with Nest Auto Transport. My experience was extremely unprofessional, and I would strongly recommend that carriers verify the customer’s quoted price directly before accepting a load from this company.

Very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process

I needed a quote for my vehicle to take it from California to Arizona and Jennifer reached out to me and has been working with me . She has been nothing but patient and helpful. I haven’t decided yet on when I will be sending my car, and Jennifer has not made me feel like an afterthought because of that she has kept in touch and I will for sure use her when I decide to send my car to Arizona.

I had a great experience with the car shipping service. Edward was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle shipment went smoothly. The communication and customer service were excellent, and I really appreciated his honesty and dedication. I would definitely recommend Edward to anyone looking for a reliable car shipping agent!
