I wrote a review that was not that kind to this company. I thought I was being scammed. I gave a deposit and after that was not able to get in touch with anyone. Later on in the day Victor the manger called me. He was very polite and apologetic. He has refunded my deposit. I am very sorry to this company for putting them in a bad light. This was my experience with this company.

Easy Towing Agency Company To talk too great simple service there was a slight misunderstanding and the delivery time was off but the agent Jeremiah compensated and the vehicle came with my personal luggage safe and sound.

Harris was very polite, professional and trustworthy. Within 12 hours he had a driver and the vehicle was picked up the same day. I had been scammed by two different Brokerage companies, before going with Harris. He not only did what he said, the price was less than I expected.

Was quoted a price to ship my car which was not factual. Ended up paying three times the cost. Car also arrived two weeks late.

Jeremiah was great to work with. On top of everything.

Steve Marks put in a lot of effort to find a competitive price to transport my truck. He was easy to reach and provided all the details re: the driver who was assigned for the transport.

Its always a promise with no delivery. Ive waited a week and both Michael and George promised me today Tues Aug 11 2026 it would be picked up by noon. Its 10 am and they have ghosted me. Both #s to VM. Cheap price = cheap ethic
Beware because you won't get your deposit back either. This company should not be in business. Disgraceful

BEWARE ***NEST AUTO*** IS A ***SCAM***
Scheduled a pick up in CA. with delivery to MA. $155 required deposit was paid. RECEIVED an email the day after I booked stating a pickup date and time of yesterday at noon.(That information was shared with the seller who had a 2 hour commute to the car. She took the day off work.) In addition the email stated, I would receive confirmation the day before or morning of, so the seller (who was 2 hours from the car) could be available for pickup. Monday morning, I still never received any communication so I started texting & calling and got a run around all day with tales being told they were still in negotiations with drivers!! How did I get sent an email GEORGE BROWN with a pickup date & time if you were still looking for drivers??? ALL LIES. Then after calling & texting all day and begging for truth and confirmation (which never happened) they stopped answering my calls. The next day when I demanded a refund as the SELLER BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL FOR THE CAR NOT BEING PICKED UP AND HER WASTED TIME. George now wants to play dumb and play text games asking what happened despite knowing full well what occurred. George is engaging in harassing behavior now via text. I explained fully what occurred due to the failure of this company & George Brown. Supposedly, George is sending our case to the cancellation department? I'll wait. In the meantime, I have all the time in the world to keep informing the public to avoid this shipper at all costs. ***UPDATE!! 8/10/26*** NOW the Victor the manager calls and tries to arrange a deal where "if we remove our (truthful & detailed) review they would immediately that day give us our money back. They literally are holding OUR money hostage so as to continue DECEIVING everyone else. That was ONE singular call and not "several calls back" as they lied again about in their written response to my Google review. DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION.

LIARS/BAIT AND SWITCH Told a single dad raising two small children on his own with very limited income it would be $300 for transport. Paid half, other half due at drop off. Never showed up, charged half, then demanded an additional $800 just to pick it up.

Horrible! Customer beware! They quote you a low ball price and then once they have your car on one of their affiliate carriers, they hold the car hostage and the driver and broker (Nest) shake you down for more money.

I was originally quoted $700 for NY to FL. Then told $900 as there was a shortage of carriers. We told the broker Nest $900 max is all we will pay. Danny assured me that we would not be charged more.

When the driver picked up the car, 6 hours late, we questioned him and said we paid $250 as a deported and we’d owe him no more the $650 at drop off. We made him confirm and repeat it back.

They also lied. Said the car was in VA when the car reports on our app as in NJ.

Well they now have our car and want $1650 to deliver it and are holding it hostage until we agree to pay the $1650 and if we don’t will charge us storage on top of that while we fight it out. They claim rerouting and cost of insurance as the reasons for the increases. Funny, we drove the same route today behind and never got rerouted.

Do not use this company as they are the worst.
