I had a great experience with the car shipping service. Edward was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle shipment went smoothly. First, when receiving initial quote it was all wrong. Stated I could put personal items in vehicle, not true. There was no "white glove" service provided. The amount to ship vehicle was actually way more than Nest auto says. When getting my vehicle picked up for transportation the driver was a day late so my car sat vonerable at a meter. They only want to use zelle for payments. Then after having my vehicle in there possession the kept demanding more money that was Not stated anywhere in the agreement and "held it hostage" at the port and would not ship it until excessive amount of money was paid.
It was the worst experience, both emotional, and financially. I would highly recommend never to use this company for any transportation needs.

Be incredibly cautious when booking with Nest Auto Transport. I placed order #25349866 with their office at 13151 Emily Rd Suite #210-D for a total price of $875, trusting them to ship my 2006 Ford Mustang to California. They processed my $200 deposit immediately on July 29th but completely dropped the ball when the August 10th scheduled pickup window hit. When you call their phone line at [469-242-1658](tel:469-242-1658), you get nothing but excuses regarding carrier dispatching. They will gladly lock in your contract and take your credit card payment, but they cannot manage the actual shipping logistics. It’s 8/20/26 and my still has not been picked up!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. If you’re considering using them, **please be careful** My experience was very similar to many of the other one-star reviews: poor customer service, misleading information, and pressure that made the whole situation extremely frustrating.

I never even used their service, yet they refused to return my deposit. My interactions with Chris, Lucas, James, and Victor were extremely disappointing, and I felt that I was not treated honestly or fairly.

Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend this company. I strongly encourage anyone considering them to read the reviews carefully and do your research first. I wish I had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Absolutely the worst ever! If you are even looking at this company be warned, I’ve experienced the exact same thing all the other 1 star reviews have stated. Threats, lies, horrific customer service etc. I never used the service and they won’t give back my deposit $. Chris, Lucas and Victor are liars and thiefs and the whole company is a fraud! I would never use them and beware because you will hate the experience with them! Would give zero stars if I could. Thiefs!
