I placed an order on 8/14/2026 for this product and it said 2 to 3 days well it's now 8/28/2026 and I still haven't received my order! I keep getting the run around and promises ohnyour order is being prepared to be shipped. Nah, I'm good totally unprofessional you'll be hearing from my lawyer I want my money back forget your product. So un professional

This is not what was delivered. I received a non brand.

These is organized criminals that pray on the most vulnerable sick people that are trying to get so some relief from there ongoing pain and want to get help

Like many people living with neuropathy, I have looked to social media in the hope of finding an effective treatment.
At the beginning of June 2026, I came across Neuropoise and mistakenly placed an order for a three-month supply.
At the end of June 2026, I was notified that another order was on its way.
When I queried this, I discovered that repeat orders had apparently been set up, although I was not aware of this.
I contacted Neuropoise and explained that, as the initial mistake was mine, I would accept that order. I also asked for any future orders to be cancelled, which Neuropoise agreed to do.
However, towards the end of July/Aug, I received another notification for a further orders. This showed that the arrangement had not been cancelled as agreed, and my credit card was debited for £67.24 and £67.24 respectively. In my view, taking these payment after agreeing to cancel the repeat order arrangement was improper.

Do not order from this company. They will continue to charge your account even after you email them and ask them to stop. I had to go to my bank and report the charges as fraudulent.

You are the worst company ever!! You scammed me twice and never returned my money!!! I only received form letters when ever I emailed. So glad to be done with this company and your products are garbage!!!!!😠

Only because you have to pick one! Customer service is nonexistent. No way to cancel unless you cancel the card SCAM!!!

I keep canceling and they keep sending me more and charging my card. This has happened 3 months running with me. Emailing a non person every time. Chloe

Horrible. Product does not work almost impossible to try to cancel your subscription. I had to call the bank to block them.

I bought what I thought was the buy one get one for 19.00, I was charged for 6 bottles for 64.00, I'm trying to get my money back

Company is slow it took them a month to ship my order when it says 3-5 days they want give you a refund then try to keep charging your card and does not communicate unless you have a complaint but want follow up on they complaint’s.

Iam no longer interested in the the tincture. Just want my money back. You state it takes 2 days to get back to me. No one has. This has been going on since July 27.

Biggest scam I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order on July 23rd and canceled the same day after I read the reviews. I was told that my account was being reviewed and I would be informed if I could get a refund. That was a month ago and to date they are still reviewing my file to decide if I am worthy of a refund. Do not and I repeat do not work with this company.

The company, Neuropoise are stammers! They enrolled an order I placed in April 2026 into a monthly subscription! Who does that? Now, I'm unable to contact anyone to address this? Plus there's no address or phone number in which to contact anyone?? What wrong with this picture?

Your company constantly ignore instructions and continue to take money under false pretenses', after numerous emails and conformation from your so called "Jordan" on cancellation on your so called renewed subscription of which was never initiated by myself, yet again you informed me that my order is ready for shipment and payment will be taken.
Your company are scammers and will be treated accordingly.
Unless this shipment is stopped and money not taken I will follow this up with the International fraud department through my bank.
I only originally ordered 2 bottles of magnesium Complex, was sent 3 and been sent 3 continuously every month.
I have received no benefit from taking this product and have reverted back to my original supplement's, which are cheaper and more effective.

Do NOT by from this company! They will automatically put you on a monthly prescription whether you want it or not! They have NO business phone number! No customer service! Fraudulent company!
