Schlechte Qualität, äußerst schlechter Service …

Ich habe zwei Paar Kinderschuhe bestellt. Beim Auspacken der Schuhe habe ich gesehen, das ein Paar an der Sohle beschädigt war. Das andere Paar war zwar optisch im guten Zustand, die Qualität überzeugt jedoch gar nicht. Somit nahm ich Kontakt zu Newbella auf und berichtete von den beschädigten Schuhen. Nach längerem hin und her schreiben, meinte der Kundenservice, dass ich die Schuhe auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken kann. Sobald die Schuhe bei Ihnen im Lager ankommen, erhalte ich das Geld der Rücksendung zurück.
Ich habe somit die Schuhe auf eigene Kosten (in die USA🫣) zurückgeschickt. Nach ein paar Tagen erhielt ich vom Zahlservice KLARNA eine Mahngebühr der offenen Rechnung. Wieder musste ich Kontakt zum Shop aufnehmen. Newbella gab nur das beschädigte Paar bei KLARNA als retourniert an. Ich hatte jedoch beide Schuhpaare zurückgeschickt. Auch hier ging ein E-Mailverkehr hin und her. Newbella hat mir das zweite Schuhpaar nicht als retourniert akzeptiert, da ich das zweite Schuhpaar nicht in meiner E-Mail erwähnt hatte. Sie meldeten auch nach mehrfachen Bitten dieses Schuhpaare nicht dem Zahlservice KLARNA als retouniert. Beide Schuhpaare waren im selben Paket. Es kann nicht sein, das nur ein Paar ankam.
Da ich dann immer mehr Mahngebühren erhielt, gab ich den Kampf auf und zahlte das zweite Schuhpaar obwohl ich es nicht behalten hatte. Auch die versprochenen Retouregebühren habe ich nie erhalten. Daher ist dieser Shop und der dazuzählende Service auch nicht ansatzweise zu empfehlen. Ich werde nie wieder bei diesem Shop bestellen und würde es auch jedem abraten, da die Qualität sehr schlecht und der Service alles andere als professionell ist!!

If I could give them zero I would

If I could give them zero I would. I ordered a pair of their Mary Janes and they came to me in the wrong color. When I initiated a return it came to my attention that I had to pay for the return shipping. That wasn't that big of a deal, they're an internet business - I get it. BUT it has been a month and my money has not been returned to me. They keep citing the lack of tracking number as the reason, but it was merely mentioned in the return email - not an absolute. I've gone back and forth with customer service several times and I swear it's just a bot because they keep saying contact your courier to get the tracking number - only I can't because it's USPS and once it's lost it can't be recovered. They are a scam, and basically I'm not getting my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

absolutely horrible quality - SHOES fell APART in month

Bought some very nice looking shoes that completely fell apart after wearing them. Terrible customer service. They did absolutely nothing.

Finger weg!!!

Ich habe Sandalen bei Newbella bestellt. Ich trage Größe 40 und habe die Sandalen auch so bestellt und erhalten. Die Sandalen waren viel zu klein. Ich habe die Schuhe mal ausgemessen. Eine normale Größe 40 misst etwa 25,5 cm. Die Schuhe die ich erhalten habe waren gerade mal 23 cm lang...
Auf meine Rückgabeanfrage hin wurden Fotos des Kartons und der Schuhe gefordert und dann hörte ich einige Tage nichts. Jetzt habe ich die Möglichkeiten angeboten bekommen 50 % zurückerstattet zu bekommen, den kompletten Wert als Gutschein für newebella zu erhalten oder die Schuhe an eine Adresse in den USA zurückzuschicken. Von Deutschland aus kostet das sicherlich mehr als die Schuhe.
Es wurde sich entschuldigt dass meine "Erwartungen" nicht erfüllt wurden. Entschuldigung, wenn ich erwarte Schuhe zu erhalten, die der bestellten Größe entsprechen.
Tut euch selbst einen Gefallen und bestellt auf gar keinen Fall bei diesem Shop.

A total Scam: I think that the positive reviews of…

I think that all the positive reviews of Newbella here are scams like the company itself. I placed an order a week ago, they got my money and there is no information about my order, even after trying to contact their customer service vis whatsapp and email. This company shouldn’t be allowed to advertise in any social media nor google.

Where's my order

I ordered from here on July 2 and three weeks later I still don't have an update on my order. I've sent two emails and no response... this is poor customer service for sure. This will definitely be my very last time ordering from this site how do I get a refund if they don't respond

Frais de dédouanement !

J'ai commandé des chaussures qui coûtent 54$ et au boit de 10 jours je reçois une notification par la poste belge que je dois payer 25€ pour le dédouanement!
L'entreprise prétendait un envoi gratuit pourtant !

Amazing customer service, communicated quickly and efficiently. They were polite and managed to solve any issues I had would definitely buy from here again and have reccomended the company to others. As the shoes are beautiful and of good quality.

Ordered some shoes. They took ages to arrive. Communication was absolutely rude & poor.

Finally the shoes arrived, they didn't fit. And they have point refused to let me swap them. DO NOT buy from this company. I'm now stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit

Newbella offers no hassle returns

I had bought a pair of dress shoes online from Newbella. Always love their shoes. When they arrived I found they were too big. I contacted Newbella’s customer support and asked if I could exchange for a different size. Edward (customer support rep) sent me a code that offered me a new free pair of the same shoes in a smaller size. He was simply amazing and it was so easy, no hassles!
