Who is this Exceptional Edward???

I've just spent some time reading the reviews. They were either 1 star complaints or 5 star reviews which always mentioned a very helpful sales assistant named Edward. Sort of weird how so many reviews mention Edward in particular, only ever Edward. I think all the 5 star reviews are fake.
One thing in their favour is they do respond to all the bad reviews, but not sure if they really follow up as they say they will....v. sketchy

Doesn't Pay to Order Shoes from a no name brand online

Forget ever getting an exchange or refund from this company. US Size I am a 9.5, I ordered 10 because I know shoes can run small. The shoes did not fit at all still-it was way too small; my feet were scrunched in them. I also ordered a men's tennis shoe. The size was right but there was no real sole inside the shoe! It was like thick paper material. I emailed them, they asked to see pic, I took pictures. Neither shoe was worn outside, it was in perfect condition. They offer a 50% credit. They even asked me if I am sure I chose the US sizing. YES I did. I have to take my losses because whoever is doing their customer service is an idiot, sorry to say that, but that is what I get for ordering from a company I don't know anything about online. I am sure half their reviews are fake and paid for...there is no way they have that many great reviews. On the other hand, luckily two other shoes did work out in the order, so that is why they get two stars, but 0 for customer service and returns.

To your reply:
Per your size chart , a size up is usually good, your sizes are still off. I know how to read size charts. You didn’t offer me a return. You just 50% off, I clearly asked for return instructions… yiu should train your CS better then. I asked for the return instructions. Instead I was asked to send pic and then given 50% off. No return instructions or label.

Not too bad

Shoes not too bad considering the reasonable price. Took 3 weeks for delivery and after reading some reviews I was a little worried they wouldn’t turn up at all.

My mom ordered shoes for me and we got a confirmation email but never got a tracking number, after 3 weeks I reached out via WhatsApp and they said they no longer sold that product and gave me a refun

Great customer service

I had a problem with my order at newbella. I chatted with Edward via whatsapp and he was great, he answered quickly and was absolutely willing to find the best solution for me! Competent and friendly, great service, great shop. Thank you! I was completely satisfied.

Thieves, don’t buy from them!

I purchased 4 items from Newbella, I kept 2 items and returned 2 items because they didn’t fit. I was told on May 17, 2023 that the items were received and that a refund will be issued. It is now September and I have yet to receive my refund. Every time I send them an email, they say we are working on it. Don’t buy from this site.

Bad quality and unreasonable reply

The product that I received is totally different from what it presents on the website. It seems a copy, not the original bag. I was disappointed and contacted them they replied (My colleague packed the wrong bag by mistake) and the solution that they gave me a refund of 50% amount of the order amount!??
How come that !????
If I read the review before ordering I'll never buy it...

Don’t buy shoes from here

Don’t buy shoes from here! They took forever to come in and when they did they smelled horrible. They looked like someone had already worn and returned them. The smell lingers and smells like chemicals mixed with cigarettes. I’be left them outside to air out for 3 days and the smell is still stronger than anything else. Do not recommend.
