The shoe was the correct size however…

UPDATE: The company has finally given me the 70% refund. However, I wish that the company would have encouraged me to return the shoes. I have no use for them.

PREVIOUS: The shoe was the correct size however the band around the top of my foot was to large and the shoe would not stay on (Sandal). The company told me it would take too long to process a return and offered to refund 70% of my purchase price. They failed to keep their offer.

Poor quality, difficult (impossible) returns

I placed an order for several pair of shoes. It took several weeks to arrive. I didn't expect top level quality based on price, but the overall quality was even poorer than I anticipated. I tried to return them for a refund but the company said it was too expensive, and offered me a partial refund while keeping the shoes. This exchange had already taken some time and I was worn down, and so I accepted. Within the first half hour of wearing a pair of sandals the main strap broke. The whole process has been very frustrating.

this company is a scam they resell alliexpress and temu clothing for twice and triple the price just buy from there instead the shipping takes just as long.

Great customer service

5 stars even though my shoe came with a loose buckle. I contacted the customer service via WhatsApp and Edward was very helpful. Getting a
refund was easy and hassle-free so the problem with the product didn’t bother me at all.

I never received my order

I never received my order. I did receive tracking that stated it was delivered but it was not nor did it say what service delivered so I could investigate. I don’t know where my order went but I didn’t get it. And I’m having a very difficult time trying to get through to customer service for actual service.

customer service is great!

I ordered a pair of shoes, but when I received them I realized I got the wrong size, so I wanted to return them in order to get them in a different size. I wrote to customer service on the whatsapp number and was helped by Edward. he followed me with patience and quickly answered all my questions. I highly recommend this site!

Very bad service. Delay in order and wrong size shoes send after 15 days. Very very very bad bad bad . 0% satisfied . Will not recommend for anyone else

Wow I'm amazed! Best Customer service ever!

Wow! What can I say, except I am beyond amazed at the customer service I received from Edward.
I ordered a pair of shoes that were too big and so I decided to contact customer service to start the exchange process. I honestly was suprised at how fast, simple and friendly it was. Edward was so helpful I honestly was taken back (normal there's fees involved, a long process and time), but Edward was able to handle my issue and solve my concern with 5 mins. He even said to donate the pair I have and that they were going to send me a pair for free without any additional cost. I'm so impressed with Newbella and Edward's customer service. I will definitely be recommending this online shop to everyone and they have found a life long customer in me. Thank you so much Edward and team. If you ladies need anything Edward is the guy to talk to. Best customer service ever!

This company sucks

I purchased a pair of shoes from the newbella company. there police is 30 day money back if your not happy . well the shoes were to big . The company surggested to get a size bigger because the run small , which I did not do. the top of both shoes had a big crease on them because of the way they were packed in the box .
I emailed them said I wanted an exchange, they got back to me asked for pictures which I sent . I never heard back from them. Its been 3 weeks . I emailed them several times more they are not getting back in touch with me . So I said if I don’t here from you in 24 hrs I am writing a bad review it’s a shame because I really like the shoes. Now I have a pair of brand new $49.00 pair of shoes that I can’t wear. 1-They DON’T stand by there word 2- honor policy I hope they go out of business you can’t treat people like this

ONE OF THE TOPEST HORRIBLE SHOP

This shop has to be shut down.
I have bought something since May and still haven't received the order.
Have send emails for a refund and still no response.
Asked for updates and have been told to wait 12 days which is been more than 12 and to not mention the order is been made in May.
No responsibility, no order, no refund.
TOTALLY SCAM

Cheap, off size and zero returns

I bought slides from the site Newbella and after receiving them, I emailed the customer service for a bigger size. The sizes are WAY OFF. Wanting them before my trip, I quickly ordered a size up thinking it wouldn’t be a hassle to return. I was wrong. They responded (no customer service name attached) asking for pictures, then offered me to buy a new pair for 50% less and gift the pair I have to a family member. What a scam! I stopped emailing because it was more of a hassle then but wanted to be sure to make others aware. Do not buy from this company!

Avoid this scam company!

I purchased a pair of sandals in my regular size that are too tight. When I contacted customer support on Mon 24th July I didn’t receive a reply until Friday 28th July. The agent misread my email thinking the sandals were too big & asked me to send a photo of the sandals on my feet to prove they were in an unworn condition.

I insisted on returning the sandals for a full refund which I’m entitled to however customer support tried fobbing me off with only a 50% refund! They suggested I keep the sandals because “shipping is costly & time consuming”. They said all this despite acknowledging in a previous email that they would respect my right to a FULL refund - unbelievable!

Clearly they’re running a scam as no reputable business would insist you keep footwear that doesn’t fit properly & only offer to refund 50% of the price! They want to keep costs as low as possible for themselves, hence the reason they ship from China.

After several time consuming back & forth emails, customer support finally agreed to fully refund me. I’ll be keeping a very close eye on my account to ensure they follow through.

Following this experience, it goes without saying I’ll never be ordering from them again!
