So this is my second review, I bought shoes that were too large, after a few e mails back and forth I did return the shoes at my expense, in new condition and after sending them pics to assure I had not worn them, they did refund my money.

Schuhe kommen in falscher Größe

Alles was ich hier lese, kann ich nur bestätigen. Ich hatte meine Fuß Maße extra gemessen und dementsprechend meine Schuhgröße bestellt. Diese kam dann aber zwei Nummern zu klein. Danach habe ich ein hin und her mit dem Support gehabt, was sehr anstrengend und schwierig war und dann auch nur einen Teil Gutschrift bekommen. Mit dieser konnte ich mir dann ein neues Paar aussuchen, wo diese dann angerechnet wurde. Habe diesmal die Größe nach Anleitung des Supports bestellt und die Schuhe waren jetzt zwei Nummern zu groß. Stimmt einfach hinten und vorne nicht. Danach wird man einfach hängen gelassen. Man bekommt einfach keine Rückmeldung und Hilfestellung mehr.
Bei den Preisen dürfte das nicht sein. Schlechte Qualität für sehr viel Geld. Unverschämt und ich fühle mich betrogen.

Esperienza pessima

Ho acquistato due paia di stivaletti uguali, che per giorni hanno odorato di petrolio. Dopo due soli mesi dall'acquisto le suole si sono squarciate letteralmente. Le scarpe ora sono da buttare.

EDIT: I have not been contacted again by Newbella as per their response below.

Before I purchased from this company, I checked their returns policy. They claim on their website to have an 'easy return policy' and will accept returns within 30 days etc. I therefore purchased two pairs of the same shoes for size, confident that I could return the pair that didn't fit. I emailed them to request a return of one pair, as per the website instructions and received an email back saying,

'Hi there,

Okay, thanks for letting me know.

we are worried that the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyers.

We understand that it can be frustrating when a product does not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and we would be honored to have the opportunity to make things right for you.

Returning the product from your address may take a long time and be costly, which is why we are offering you 25% partial refund or a 50% coupon and you can keep the item?We believe that they are still a great product that you will enjoy and that they can be a valuable addition to your wardrobe.

They clearly didn't even read my original email as I wasn't trying to return a product that didn't meet my expectations. I also don't feel that a pair of shoes that are much too big 'are still a great product that you will enjoy and that they can be a valuable addition to your wardrobe'.

I wrote back to express my disappointment as this is far from an 'easy returns policy' and my email is bouncing back. I can only assume that they blocked my email as soon as they'd responded, so I guess I won't even be getting the 25% partial refund.

Absolutely do not buy from this website. I certainly won't be again.

Don’t buy if you want to do a refund

Very disappointed. I bought a bag which i don t like and i wanted to make a refund. On the website i can t find these details in case if i want to return. It never happened to me To can t make a return and we are in 2024. Sad sad . I want to make a return not a 50% cupon to buy anything else or 15%discount. So don t buybif you are not sure that you want to keep the product.

I can not get help and I have actually tried really hard for a long time.

I can not get help and I have actually begged for it. I was asked for pics that I provided, I asked many questions and could not get answers. I have been sent something that can not be opened more than once. They do not like returns. Everything is stretched out until you will pass your 30 days. I’m trying to find legal help. I have 3 pair of boots I informed them that don’t fit and that no size shows anywhere on them. Someone informed me she had problems, still returned the boots and never received her money. I can not believe they are allowed to get away with this.

Ich hatte Schuhe bestellt, die mir leider zu klein sind. Diese wollte ich zurück schicken, da ja in den AGB steht dass man einen refund bekommt. Leider ist die Adresse in den USA und somit habe ich das nicht gemacht. Es wurde mir dann ein Code gesendet, mit dem ich neue Schuhe für 100% gratis bestellen könne. Der Code funktioniert leider nicht und nun erreiche ich auch niemanden mehr…werde auch versuchen über Paypal was zu machen. Nicht kaufen!!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes (which I LOVE) and a pair of boots that did not fit. I contacted Newbella several times to return the boots to no avail! I receive many compliments on my shoes, however I feel the need to caution my Friends when I tell them where I purchased them that the customer service is lacking!!!

I don't like the fact that there is not a customer service phone number to call to actually talk to someone in person!

We will see if this route works as it looks like they have actually responded to other bad reviews.

If they can resolve this, I would actually continue as a customer.

If I could they’d get a 0 star!
I will never buy from this company again! My partner bought me a pair of boots that didn’t fit - their sizes are not correct. I’m a size 7 according to 99.9% of shoe stores out there but a size 9 here. Tried to return the boots but they refused to accept and refund them, it had just past their 30 day policy. They offered me a 50% discount if I bought another pair of shoes - I bought the same pair of boots. They fit but were incredibly uncomfortable and painful to wear. I immediately emailed Newbella letting them know I’d be sending them back for a refund but they refuse to accept them and process a refund because they were purchased with a discount code. To top it off I had also bought a handbag which is poor quality - no wonder they don’t show internal photos of their bags! They’re not even put together properly. This company is a scam. They’ll take your money and if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase they couldn’t give a toss - they might as well write in bold across their site that they do not offer refunds and their customer service is sh!!!t.

I agree with all the other reviews . I returned the boots straight away as they were uncomfortable and didn’t fit . I have never had an experience like this , I have been asked to send pictures of the boots , the box , the receipt and they are now saying I wasn’t allowed to return them ! I’ve sort of given up now . Very unhappy customer and I won’t be buying again from this company

Do not buy anything you may want to return

I've experienced all of the exact same things the others have mentioned when trying to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit. I've been asked to send pictures of the shoes, pictures of the receipt, pictures of the boxes, pictures of the defect (?). I've complied with each request and every day I have yet another request for information or an offer to keep the shoes for a discounted return. They keep stating the postage to return will be very expensive so I should just keep the shoes (that don't fit) and have a partial refund. This has been going on for 10 consecutive days.

Today they sent an email that stated "Sorry, considering that you did not meet the return conditions before and did not even provide us with a tracking number, we offered you a 50% discount coupon to solve the problem, which is already the maximum discount we can offer.
For your order, if returned, it may cost $40.
Let us refund you $30 directly. Please keep the product."

Like the other customer, I am not disputing that the item was delivered to me - it just doesn't fit and I need to RETURN it. I am so tired of the auto responses that don't make any sense or comply with their online return policy.

50% money back only on returns

Bought two different pairs of shoes, they only offer full size jumps and not half size jumps (example: 7, 8, 9 instead of 7.5, 8.5, 9.5) while other shoes have only the 7.5, 8.5, 9.5 and not 7,8,9. Neither the 7 nor the 7.5 fit me on either shoe. Their sizing is inconsistent to American sizes.

Upon trying to return, they do not respond for multiple days to weeks. When they finally started to respond upon emailing multiple times, they refuse to return the fully acceptable unused shoes. Then they tried offering only 50% of the money back.

If you plan to buy from them, it comes from China and you won’t be able to return. The sizes aren’t right either. It’s not worth it and I wish I listened to the bad reviews, and didn’t order.

SCAM‼️‼️

This website is the BIGGEST SCAM! They will only allow you to contact their customer service to organise a return and then they will come up with every excuse under the sun to talk you out of it and keep the item! I have been going back and forth for a week now trying to get a return address and they have offered me discount codes/partial refunds if I choose to keep the item. As well as expressing their concern with the cost of shipping that I have stated I am willing to pay multiple times, which should be none of their concern! The shoes are way too small and I don’t benefit in any way from keeping them. I am shocked that I am being asked to negotiate for something that their websites states that they offer!! This has been a very frustrating experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wish I found this website to see these reviews. 100% agree with all the negative reviews on return policy. Basically if you buy from this company and you intend on returning it- you will not get your money back. I hated the purse I got and wanted to return it- many emails back and forth offering me all kinds of discounts, but once I declined them all and asked for a full refund, like they state on their site- they stopped responding. I did reach out to my credit card and initially got my money back, but today I got an email back saying they are charging my credit card bc Newbella "delivered my product". That wasn't my problem- my problem was that I wanted to return it and get my money back and now I'm stuck with an ugly purse and money wasted. This company will not last doing business like this. Bad Karma will get you back.

I was sceptical at first and wrote a negative review, thinking I was scammed.
I hereby apologise for over thinking due of the delay!
I just received my 4 items and I'm happy, you get what you've ordered. The only thing to be more precise with and careful are the differences in sizes US/UK/EU which might differ.
I have one shoe that came small out, overall the other were on point.
Thanks you 😊, continue in offering quality shoes and translating as good as possible the sizes to EU standards as well.

ACHTUNG MÄDELS - Clickbait-Albtraum von Anfang bis Ende!

Was soll ich sagen?! Clickbait-Albtraum von Anfang bis Ende! Vorsicht, Vorsicht und nochmal Vorsicht vor diesem betrügerischen Shop aus China!!!

Ebenfalls wie meine VorrednerInnen hatte ich von Anfang bis Ende der Bestellung RIESENGROẞE Probleme die Schuhe, welche nicht mal ansatzweise der beschriebenen Größe entsprechen, und übrigens auch noch widerlichst nach Chemikalien riechen, zu erhalten und der Retourenprozess setzt dem Ganzen wirklich die Krone auf!!
Das ist aus KundenInnensicht wirklich das Allerletzte (!), was ihr da macht „Newbella“.
Der Support ist ABSICHTLICH nur sehr sehr schwer überhaupt ausfindig zu machen, und wenn man dann einen tollen „Support“ hat, dann ist es einfach nur unverschämt, was da abläuft.

Wie schon mehrmals in meinen E-Mails (telefonisch scheint da eh nie jemand erreichbar zu sein, und es ist irgendeinen Pseudo-Nummer im Impressum angegeben) angefordert: Ich möchte ein Retourenlabel und nicht, dass der Rückversand so lange herausgezögert wird, dass man irgendwann irgendwelche von Euren Fristen ANGEBLICH verpasst hat!

89,95€ für billige Schuhqualität und einer der ALLERLETZTEN Kundensupportings, die ich je erlebt habe - Danke für gar nichts!
Werde es jetzt anscheinend juristisch weiter prüfen lassen. Gut, dass wir alle unsere Rechte haben. Lasst Euch nicht von diesem kriminellen Shop verarschen.
Bestellt hier niemals etwas Mädels, auch wenn die clickbait-Falle wie Instagram und Facebook verdammt unverschämt ist. 😉
