Ordered a purse for my daughter as a Xmas gift. It took forever to arrive; the quality was horrible, and I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund. As per their site, customers need to contact customer service before attempting to return an item. Well, that's when their game begins. They keep emailing customers with absurd questions, repeating themselves over and over, pretty much buying time so customers will give up. They finally offered me a 50% refund (and to keep the horrible purse), or 100% cash voucher (and keep the horrible purse) or to choose another similar purse as a gift. Yeah...like I would need a second horrible purse in my closet. The site clearly specifies that a refund will be provided if customer is not 100% satisfied but Newbella insists on offering whichever deal they think fits their agenda. In reality I believe those answers are computer/AI generated. After a week of useless communications and no response from Newbella on how I could proceed with returning the item, I took the matters to my Creditcard company and now it is up to Newbella to explain why I disputed their charge. I got my money back, and you should do too if you feel deceived and violated as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scam, they claim to offer refunds by saying you have to email the customer service team to ask to return something, however I have sent three emails asking to return a bag I had ordered which I was not happy with and have received no reply. My 15 days to return the item is now up even though I emailed them multiple times within the time frame. This is outrageous, awful customer service!

I purchased the same pair of boots twice and at that moment wrote to cancel the duplicate order, to which I received an immediate response explaining that they couldn't change my address????? Ok, so the boots come and then I try to return one only to be told about the cost of returning, and an offer for discounts. The return policy states, that you can contact the company and they will offer a return label. I will never order from a place that is difficult to return or exchange. So, if you go on Amazon, they have the same boots and of course you can return if an issue arises, so use Amazon, this company is bogus.

Does anyone know how to report this fake company who has stolen my money? They need to be shut down and I wish I had checked the reviews on this page before ordering!! My order was placed in the first week of November and I keep getting the same “run-around” response when I contact these scam artists. They also say they’ll give me a refund and then don’t do anything to initiate that process. The tracking has shown it arrived at my local post office on November 13, it is not there. DO NOT ORDER FROM NEW BELLA!!

This company is a scam. Like the others, the shoes took about a month to ship (despite the 5-7 day promise). Unlike their pictures, the shoes are cheap and poorly manufactured. The customer service replies in broken english asking for pictures and then asks to keep the shoes with a discount, clearly refusing to honor their return policy. Don't order from this fraudulent company.

Terrible. Send me a damaged boot and the boot fits small. All I wanted was an exchange, I took a picture as requested. I was told it would cost me lots of money to ship yet the website says they pay shipping if product damaged. Then i’m offered a 50% refund and they suggest I give the boots to someone else as a gift. What?!! then I offers me a 100% discount code for another purchase. Said it’s a special kind of currency. I guarantee just a way to get more money out of me. And the communication is awful. Most of the sentences do not make sense. Full scam business, Stay away from Newbella.

The service was great!
I was skeptical at first. However, my experience was quite pleasant and hassle-free. Since my order was not true to the standard size, Newbella happily gave me discount code to purchase another pair at zero cost and I received them.
Please check their size chart, there are suggestions for the size discrepancies.

I had a good experience with them! I mean it did take longer for the shoes to be delivered than they originally specified on the website, but the shoes are really nice and comfy! I think that it’s a reasonable price and honestly love the heels, probably gonna order some more!

I am in the process of trying to return 1 pair of shoes. Completely unworn. They asked for photos of my feet next to the shoes. Photos of the shoes. I feel slightly violated. They are not offering a full refund. Only store credits and replacing the shoes. It’s taking days of back and forth via email.
I will never in a million years support this company and am looking to report to the BBB or any other governmental business organization.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!! I purchased two pairs of shoes two months ago from this company. I have yet to receive my shoes. Understanding that shipping times were 7-15 days, I waited until 6 weeks to reach out to the company, when it was clear that my shoes would not be arriving. Their response was to tell me to just keep waiting. It’s been two weeks since then, and there have been no updates to the tracking number I was provided with. I see from several other reviews that this is a common occurrence. I would not recommend purchasing from this website. Their customer service is horrible and they will do nothing to help you, even if you’ve been waiting over two months for an item that was not back ordered, and was supposed to arrive between 7-15 business days.
Edit: The owners response below does absolutely nothing to explain a 2 month delay. This is exactly why I waited over 6 weeks to contact their customer support! I completely understand that there will be delays in shipping. However, the tracking information provided said my order was shipped and had arrived in LA on November 1st. There has been zero activity since then, and I contacted their support in the hope that they could look into the matter. There has been no resolution whatsoever, and I essentially received a "we don't care" response from their customer support. This is exactly why newbella has such terrible reviews here! Horrible customer service, as evidenced below.

Hello, I have made multiple attempts to return my order. All the shoes I ordered were too big; their sizes were completely off. It has been a very frustrating process. They keep giving me options for partial credit, not to return all of the shoes. They have proof that all shoes are unworn and in tip-top shape, but they keep trying to negotiate for credits or partial refund. All I am asking for is a return label so I can send them back and get a refund, but their customer service insists I keep the shoes. NEVER AGAIN!

They are not great quality looks different from the photo on the website, from the colour to the make a little glue showing here and there. When Wishing to return due to the fit and make, the customer service attempt for you to keep the product with a discount to buy another pair hahaha.. Ok I said no thank you. They asked again to keep or gift as a present to someone... No thank you again. And so it went back and forth. One day they ok, but it will expensive for you to return and it will take a very long time for the refund.
Yes ok take a long time then... And it is still taking a long time,few weeks and counting. I have a screenshot of their information saying "easy returns".. It is not true.
