I got my order around Christmas and was disappointed there was no customer service phone number to call but I looked at their website and Instagram page and was able to leave them a message and to my surprise they were very cooperative and make it right for me by sending me the right size and style that I love ❤️ thank you and in return I'm giving them a 5 stars 🌟

Mir geht es wie meinen Vorrednerinnen und ich ärgere mich, dass ich blind auf bestellen gedrückt habe.
Mein Fuß kommt nicht mal ansatzweise in den Schuh und ich habe bereits dreimal nach einem Rücksende-Etikett gefragt. Werde einfach ignoriert. 85€ für ein Ärgernis ausgegeben. Echt traurig.

My package was never delivered. Newbella Customer service refused to issue a refund unless I provided proof. I was told by The fraud department at USPS that the tracking number I was provided is bogus. When packages are sent from China starts with CH. They don't recognize a SF#. Buyer beware this company is a scam!

Newbella is a scam retailer. Please don’t purchase any goods from them. I requested a refund because the shoes were far too small, they argued with me and offered credit notes or 50% refunds instead. I raised a Paypal dispute and they agreed to refund me but said it would take a few weeks and then never did (by which point my PayPal dispute had expired). Truly awful retailer who effectively use tacky sponsored ads to draw customers in, then steal their money from them. Also, their shoes are pretty cheap and awful quality. I hope their business fails.

Schuhe sind viel zu klein angekommen. Es gibt keinen Rücksendeschein. Im Internet finde ich nichts über Rücksendungen.
60 € umsonst bezahlt? Werde die Verbraucherzentrale einschalten.

Really bad costumer service . My address was incomplete , I contact costumer service and nothing has been done. and they said nothing they can d because the parcel was sent already I received a picture as a proof of delivery which is not my address at all . I still waiting for response since 26/10 and I still don't have my parcel. And they said 2/3 working days , and im still waiting .. Not good at all

The bags took a long time to arrive, well packaged. But very disappointed. They look very cheap and plastic. One of them cost £55 which I would not have paid if I had seen. They have photographed and presented all the goods to make them look much better than they really are. Very low quality for the price. I have learnt my lesson and won’t be shopping with them again. Big waste of money

Die Lieferung aus China dauerte recht lang. Erst nach Kontakt mit den Kundendienst, habe ich einen Link zur Sendungsverfolgung erhalten. Der Kundendienst war freundlich und hat zügig geantwortet. Die Schuhe sind schön, aber recht eng.

The shoes themselves were lovely and the ones which fit are good quality and value for money. There was one which didn't fit. The return was not as easy as it could have been but they did respond and attempt to sort. In the end it was sorted to my satisfaction, just the process was not as easy as it could have been. If the return had been seamless it would have been 5 stars.
Because the shoes are good and the representative did in the end sort the problem, I would recommend them and possibly puchase again

Avoid, the shoes they sent were absolutely tiny. Wasn't even possible to get them on, then they kept fobbing me off when I asked for a refund, first suggesting a 30% refund then 50%. Keep pushing for 100%, they eventually give it. If they don't, open a case with Paypal.

Not sure how they're being allowed to trade...

The missing two stars are for my two complaints:

First and foremost, the shoes are pretty and elegant. I love them. My concerns:

1. Their customer service is terrible. If you have complaints, go straight to their WhatsApp number. whoever the WhatsApp admin was, they were very reliable, giving you the best solution and actually TRYING to solve your problem. I also contacted their email and Instagram, and they are no help. i want to say that they don't want to be bothered with your problem so they give the word 'sorry, there's nothing we can do' they didn't try.

2. for Asian girlies, their size might run a bit large. i ordered the size 39, and it's bigger than what I usually had. thankfully it still feels comfortable to wear, and given the material, i would expect they will make your feet chafed if they were too tight.

I had a good experience. I ordered some shoes and mistakenly ordered the wrong colour. I contacted customer service and they changed the order quickly and let me know. The shoes were very nice and in the right colour and I got them within a couple of weeks. My only wish is that they made the shoes available in larger sizes as I only just fit the largest size! I really like the style.l of their shoes.

Terrible customer service. I have attempted to contact company several times for a return. No reply. Material used on stretch knee boots very poor quality. Stretched out of shape in first hour being worn. Would not stay up on my calves.

Die Schuhe fallen extrem Klein aus. Über Whatsapp wird nur Pro tag 1x geantwortet. Ich soll entweder die Schuhe behalten und ein Teil zurückerstattet bekommen oder die Schue auf meine kosten zurückschicken was sehr teuer sein soll. Ausserdem möchten sie Fotos vom Karton und Schuhe um auf schäden zu kontrollieren. Wenn man Schuhe bestellt die gr. 38 sein sollen dann sollte es auch so sein und nicht extrem kleiner ausfallen. Haltet euch fern von diesem Shop! Eigentlich schade weil die Schuhe schön sind.... Unmöglich....

Horrible customer service! I've been trying to return and get a refund for over 2 weeks now.
The product had a very very bad smell, I can't even describe it. Very cheap quality will never order from them again.

Customer service was top notch for me! They went above and beyond when I ordered a size 5.6 and needed a 10.5! They sent me the correct size and were extremely friendly and helpful. I did have to text them through the "Whatsapp' but no big deal. I'm perfectly pleased and will order another trendy pair of boots again. Love their styles!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a pair of boots on November 7th, never shipped/received. Have sent 3 emails to support email no response! Reporting to Better Business Bureau.
