Il m’arrive là même chose que quelqu’un d’autre qui a commandé. Zéro suivi de colis. J’ai commende deux paires de bottes qui sont trop grandes. J’ai écris un mail pour demandé comment procéder pour le retour on m’a demandé de faire des photos pour montrer que les bottes ne sont pas ajustée. Ensuite on m’a proposé de donner mes chaussures en cadeau à des connaissances ou de garder les trop grandes et commander à nouveau en plus petit gratuitement tout en payant les autres trop grandes. Pour retourner on m’a dit que cela prenais bcp de temps et que ça coutai cher. J’ai dis que je voulais simplement renvoyer les articles j’attend des nouvelles.
C’est n’importe quoi ce site, une arnaque sans nom! Les chaussures ne me vont pas je ne vais pas payer pour ça et je ne vais pas recommander des plus petites au risque que celle-ci ne m’aille pas non plus et payer pour rien! C’est scandaleux!!!

DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME BUYING FROM NEWBELLA! They sent boots that were far too small - clearly sizing is not true to fit. I immediately requested info on returns. They tried to suggest I could order a different pair. They state in their policy that they will refund. Sent numerous emails to given address then tried their WhatsApp. They spent nearly a week trying to negotiating not giving me a refund and then eventually agreed to. They sent screen shot of them having ordered refund - clearly this is fake as now two weeks on from when they said it would have been paid by, I am still waiting. They do not follow their refund policy. They lie. They are clearly fraudulent. AVOID AT ALL COSTs!

I hope they read this and take immediate action and give me my REFUND.

Do not buy from this company! I purchased a pair of shoes size 37 and received a size 34 which don’t fit. Customer service is so so bad. I have been offered a 30% refund! Total scammers

Bad support

Shoes are okay, but didn’t fit me and it is very hard to get the refund.
For now it seems that I won’t get a full refund at all. But till that process is finished, it will surely take some more days/weeks.

The Beware of non existing customer service!

The worst customer service ever or I should say “non existing customer service!” I ordered 2 pairs of boots- right size but was too uncomfortable- not worn at all so I need to return them. Emailed and contacted customer service- no response! Shame on them for their unprofessionalism.

Shoes are way too small (ordered a size 39 since it is my normal shoe size but these shoes are more like a size 37-38).
Contacted the customer service several times but unfortunately no reply.
Wouldn‘t recommend to purchase there at all.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague! I bought the boots and BOTH soles have come off within 15 mins of walking. Unless someone sneezed on those boots to keep soles attached, they do not glue those boots together

The sizing of the new Bella shoes are…

The sizing of the new Bella shoes are way off. I ordered a size 8 1/2 and it fits my daughter who wears a size 10. I ordered a size 7 1/2, which were also too big for me. Instead of returning the shoes with a refund, I Was asked to keep the shoe and they would give me 30% back.
Do not order anything from this company. They are not reputable.

I placed an order for shoes and they…

I placed an order for shoes and they didn't fit right so I proceded to return. The moment I saw that it states you have to allow 2 days for someone to respond and approve your return I knew I was in for a ride. I proceeded... they took forever to answer, as if they were waiting for the 30 days to be up. Finally they responded and told me that the returns can be pricey that they can refund me back 50% and I can keep the shoe. I told them that I wanted my full refund because I was returning them within the 30 days and here I am, with 70% of the price I paid and these shoes. These people are a fraud. Don't buy from China, these people are thieves!

Schuhe zu klein, keine Retoure möglich

Schuhe zu klein, keine Retoure möglich. Anfrage per WhatsApp, man wird versucht zu überreden, einen Preisnachlass statt Retoure zu akzeptieren und die Schuhe sn Freunde weiter zu geben (in Asien vielleicht üblich, in Europa eher nicht). Dann weiter mit Gutschein für Neukauf statt Geld. Dazwischen stellt man sich dumm, als würde man nicht verstehen, was man denn genau möchte. Erst nach Drohung der Einschaltung von Paypal, wurde plötzlich gesagt, ich soll die Schuhe behalten und bekomme mein Geld erstattet innerhalb einer Woche (Paypal geht eigentlich sofort) und seit einer Woche warte ich auch vergebens. Habe Paypal jetzt eingeschaltet. Finger weg !!!

I agree with others...Im kicking myself for falling for ads on IG, thinking I could trust the source, WHY? My bad. This is a scammers paradise. Offering junk without recourse...I wish we could go Erin Brokovich on their A$$! DONT ORDER FROM THEM. It's tiny plastic stuff and probably some precious under-aged children and their desperate moms are being forced to sew it.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes, only got 2

I’ve ordered 4 pairs of shoes from them around 2 weeks ago and I just got the delivery now with ONLY TWO PAIRS INSIDE!! I haven’t received any email regarding an updated delivery, it’s marked as completed.

On top of that one pair of Mary Janes is already broken ( the buckle is broken) and I can’t wear them.

This is a huge a dissapointment as I feel I was robbed of more than £100!!

Broken insole and never get a refund

I bought a pair of boots from them recently. Received it and tried it on. I found that the insole of the left boot is faulty and incomplete, making me unable to walk properly in that boots. So I have sent an email to their Customer Service team to ask for a free return and full refund (as what they laid on their website). But what they replied was “It’s too costly for the return” and they suggest me to either keep the boots and get a half refund OR keep the boots and get a 100% cash discount for my next purchase. The quality of the boots are so bad that I never want to purchase anything from this brand anymore and I also don’t want to keep this pair of defective boots. I have been asking for a full refund but they are not responding right now. I am extremely disappointed and never experienced such an irresponsible and evil seller. What a shame!

IStretch boots: fabulous!

I ordered a pair of stretchy fabric boots, in beige. They arrived within 10 days and are perfect! They look just like the advertisement and are true to size. I will order from them again.

Please DONT purchase no matter what…

I am annoyed with myself that I didn’t check these reviews before purchasing two bags from this filthy company. The bags are smaller than the pictures and also look plasticky, however my fault for not checking measurements. I then proceeded to contact for a refund as per the 30days allowed and yet the attendant starts LYING saying they are “worried” it would cost me much to return as that their warehouse is based in USA and I need to ship back to USA from UK yet the package came with a returns label adress to the UK. The person when I challenged them lies to say we have changed adress recently. Why US adress when Company is based in China. All these tactics to get people to give up on getting a refund by making it impossible. Really disappointed I fell for this scam company with no intergity and urge no one to purchase, I will be adding a review on my socials too! Really angry.
