I ordered a pair of shoes on 10/9/23, my credit card was charged and haven't received the shoes or ANY correspondence regarding their delivery. On their website I didn't see any place to contact Newbella??? What is going on? Will cancel CC charge soon if I don't receive a reply.

Ordered a size 10. I normally wear a 9 1/2. Tried to exchange for a size 9. I was told that I would get a 50% reimbursement or it would cost me a lot of money " to send back. I was told to gift the shoes to a friend or family member because of the cost to return. That was from one response from Customer service. I was told by another customer service rep to put the shoes on, take a picture and they would decide if the shoes were the correct size. I took a chance but obviously it was a wrong decision. Too bad because the shoes are not bad. Would not recommend this company.

Will my order be sent?!
So after a bit of an issue with confirmation of delivery (which was handled well) my order arrived… but as a caveat do NOT order the Mousse Martin boots if you’re a UK size 7 or up like me. Your feet will NOT fit through the ankle bit! I’ve only just managed to wriggle one onto bare feet after an epic 10 minute struggle (once it was on it fit fine) but add a sock (even a flimsy one) and it’s a no go. And I’ve got thin feet. Such a shame, because they look good and the one I got on felt comfortable, but I’m never actually going to be able to wear them because of some weird design flaw and an inability to stretch them over my heel. Going to try shoe stretchers, but it’s down to a 2 from me

You will never be able to exchange or refund
The shoes I bought were one size smaller and they refused to exchange and offered a percentage of the original price. What is the point for me to keep a pair of shoes that does not fit?! Now I wait and see how are they going to respond, my order number is SNB61140 but I bet like other doggy companies they will refuse to exchange or refund

I purchased a pair of mouse fit shoes. I do not like the way they fit or look. I simply want to return them and refund my money!! No response for days, then offered to give me 50%off and keep or send back for something else. I don’t like this at all!!! I just want my money back. I would not recommend this company. Poor customer service. I’m getting no where!

Issue resolved via WhatsApp
I ordered two pairs of boots (same boot in two colors) and they weren’t the right fit for me. I reached out to the company by email twice with no response. Then, I saw where their website said to contact them via WhatsApp, so I tried that. IMMEDIATELY, they replied to my message and resolved the issue that same day. I have several other pairs of shoes/boots from Newbella that are a perfect fit, and I will continue to order from them. They make a great affordable product and also have terrific customer service (when you use the right method of contact)!

I have no idea why these other people had problems, but I had zero problems and the shoes are gorgeous! I ordered a half size down as suggested on the website, but they werr still a little big. I contacted the company the first time via “WhatsApp”, Edward replied promptly and took care of my issue. I followed up a short time later and this time the reply took less than five minutes! When I got the alert, I thought it was a text from a friend of mine because I just texted Newbella! Again, professsional and polite. There is no question I will order from Newbella again! I would give the company and Edward ten stars if I could. Thank you!

I am generally unlucky with bags
I am generally unlucky with bags, and this was not an exception. Not the best materials used, the zipper was broken, very different than what is shown in the site. Anyways, what's a girl to do, I keep them until I get my next month's salary and find something else. Waste of money really, if they cost, let's say 10 euros maybe I would recommend them, but 40 and 50, lol, no way people, don't buy them.

I ordered a handbag through Newbella. It was supposedly delivered to my front porch. There was no delivery. My Blink camera only had me going in and out of the house that day. No delivery on my front door. I contacted customer service and got a not my problem attitude. They said I needed to contact their delivery service. I tried to do this and there is not an email to contact them directly. I once again reached out to Newbella and their POOR customer service said that my handbag was delivered and it was not their problem. The handbag was only $47, but I will NEVER purchase anything from them. HORRIBLE customer service and so is their delivery service.

Expérience incroyablement mauvaise avec Newbella.
Pour commencer, j'ai sans faire exprès commandé 2 fois le même item (paire de chaussure a talon marron). Je les ai prévenu immédiatement (dans l'heure) et demandé de supprimer un doublon, ce qu'il m'ont répondu par écrit qu'ils allaient faire. Quelques jours plus tard je constate que rien n'a été fait et que je vais recevoir la paire en double. Je leur indique, on me répond "oui effectivement ça n'a pas été fait, vous avez 30 jours pour les retourner" - ce qui est déjà borderline inacceptable. Je reçois la paire et l'essaye, elle ne convient pas du tout, trop serrée et douloureuse sur la pointe de la chaussure. Pas d'instruction de renvoi sur le site, impossible de renvoyer le colis "sans avoir échangé et eu l'accord du service client au préalable" (ce qui n'est à mon sens pas normal). Je leur écrit et attends une réponse pour pouvoir aller à la poste avant la fermeture, mais j'obtiens seulement ce retour: "voulez-vous svp garder les items si on vous donne un code de 60% de réduction ?". Je suis hors de moi, cette entreprise est gérée par un organisme d'escrocs qui, conscients de la qualité médiocre de leurs produits et de leur service client, essayent de faire passer le temps pour que les 30 jours passent et que l'on se retrouve bloqués avec leurs produits scandaleusement mal taillés. 0 étoiles.

SCAM..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I purchased a pair of Mousse Fit Ankle Strap Block Heel Sandals and the fit wasn't great. I ordered the next size down in hopes that I would send the 1st one back. Both pairs of shoes are just too long for my foot. I contacted customer service to return both pairs and they asked me to send a reason. I did and they offered to refund half of my money and told me to keep them
as gifts for family or friends! I said no, and they told me it was very expensive to return so I should take the 50% back. I found out that there is a warehouse not far from me in California and asked why I couldn't return them there. They have not returned any emails since. Now I am out $130+ dollars and have 2 pairs of shoes that don't fit my foot. This company is TERRIBLE!!!!! They claim that they have "easy returns".....HOW? WHERE? Why are they not replying to my emails!
Don't get sucked into buying what looks to be cute shoes off of an instagram add. They are made weirdly and are longer than your foot......even in a size down!

UPDATE: I sent an email to them today 8 Oct 2023 with my order numbers, AGAIN! I'll report if I get a reply back.
2nd UPDATE: They replied to the original post on Oct 7, As stated above I sent them my order number and today is Dec 31 and no emails or communication at all. So I have 2 crappy pairs of shoes that don't fit and I doubt anyone I know will want them! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

So. After contacting Newbella by email and watts App. I had quite a stressful conversation regarding the shoes and boots.However I will give the company their due. They have refunded all my money back. Rightly so but they need better training on the customer is always right.

I ordered a beautiful pair of shoes they are a half a size too big I emailed them trying to facilitate and exchange or refund. I was told I could only get 25% back of my original purchase and a coupon for future pricing if you pay a hundred percent you should get back 100% the shoes would never worn they were excellent condition and can be returned if they would work with me. They are not responding to my emails there was no packing slip in the package to find an address where to return them they just came without any slip inside so I'm trying to either get my $49 back or have them ship me a smaller size a half a size smaller and I'm at an impasse with them this is going on for a month already do not do business with these people cuz you will lose your money if you are not satisfied with the product and the story

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from New Bella and I couldn't be happier. Not only are the shoes are beautiful, but their customer service impressed me. I faced an unexpected hiccup with the initial parcel delivery due to my travel commitments, which led to my inability to pick it up in time.
