A1 Snagging Opiniões

Paul was excellent and very thorough/detailed with his search. Within 3 hours of our snagging being completed we had our report through explaining very clearly what and where each snag was with photos. Would definitely use again!

My old review was removed by trustpilot so I'll try again. Paul was very friendly and found 100+ snags. Great communication and the report was sent the same evening. Highly recommend!

Great service, would highly recommend to anyone who requires a snagging survey. Everything up to the survey was extremely simple, the survey itself covered everything, went into great detail and was even delivered to myself the same day.

Paul is absolutely brilliant at what he does. Right from the beginning the communication was precise and speedy. He endured that everything was looked at with utmost attention. Very detailed inspection and received the report the same evening. Very friendly and excellent service. Thanks Paul and Georgina. Highly recommend!

We had a really positive experience - it was straight forward , with great communication and super quick turn around for our report (the same day in our case!). The report was super informative and made it clear on the snags - it identified things that we wouldn’t necessarily have picked up ourselves from walking around the property.

We were especially grateful for the clear communication from start to end.

Easy booking process. Paul was friendly & thorough. Report was full & easy to follow.
Highly recommended

Exceptional services from Paul and Georgina. Was a very easy process to book and Paul called 2 days before survey to confirm details. The report was sent the same day, which was highly detailed and clearly a lot of time and care was spent checking absolutely everything.
A snagging survey is a must for a new build as there was finding we would not have found as related to fire regs, electrics and plumbing.
Also a very competitive price in my opinion and having a report makes it clear to the developer you will not accept poor craftmanship.
A+

Their inspector quickly contacted me when the management office do not permit he enter the premises. Then the problem was solved immediately without any delay. Their reply is prompted and polite. The report was delivered within 24 hours. The checking is in detail with photos. It is a reliable, efficient and professional company.

Paul was really easy to work with and did a fantastic job. He even turned around a report the same evening of the appointment! Came recommended by someone who used A1 recently and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you!

Paul who did our place inspection was brilliant.
He found lots of snags we missed or will never expect to be there. Very polite and professional engineer. Very happy with the job he did, we highly recommend him and A1 snagging

A1 Snagging provided an excellent service for my new build inspection! They were professional, thorough, and incredibly quick in returning the inspection results. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable snagging company!

I recently used A1 Snagging for a snagging survey on my new build, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were incredibly thorough and professional, identifying every single issue, no matter how small. Their detailed report was easy to understand and gave me real peace of mind. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a snagging survey – they're worth every penny!

I chose this company for snagging because of the timing, but I deeply regret my decision.

A friend of mine, who used a similar-priced snagging service around the same time, received a much better report. My report mostly focused on painting and finishing issues, and it even failed to notice the basic installation of the washing machine, which was never pointed out! In contrast, my friend’s report clearly identified all items requiring immediate attention, even citing relevant legal requirements.

You might think this is because my house condition was better? Unfortunately, that’s not the case. After reviewing my friend’s report, I found that some simple photographic descriptions in my own report didn’t meet legal standards and needed to be addressed.

Paul was very thorough and had a lot of knowledge. He discovered snags we would have never seen, top service!

An A1 experience. Paul was extremely thorough and gave us a comprehensive report in a timely manner. He was friendly and highly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about our new home. Georgina was very helpful as well. Highly recommend

We recently moved into a new build home and A1 did our snagging. They did an excellent job and were extremely thorough. They picked up on issues that we would never have noticed and sent a copy directly to the builder to action. They were prompt and extremely professional. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent Job. Paul did an extremely thorough job. The report was produced on the same day and uncovered a multitude of snagging issues we would never have noticed.

Highly recommend
