Thank you so much for the recent snagging survey on a new build property we are purchasing.
Prompt response, and kept in contact throughout the process.
The report produced was far more in depth than I had imagined, as was the developer no doubt. Really is worth the money. The report included pictures and descriptions of all findings (164 snags!!).
Thank you for your help. Would use again, may even do so to check the work has been done!

Paul was fantastic from start to finish. He took his time and was extremely thorough in every room. I would definitely recommend A1 and would not hesitate to use again if need be. Thank you.

Very helpful and given the good detailed report.

I’ve had loads of issues with the Builder initially after I moved in and struggled to get them to came back and fix the issues. Paul was amazing and took his time going from room to room to snag. I received the report on the same day and handed it to the builder. Instantly the builder sent the trades around to fix the snags. A1 Snagging supported me throughout and were very patient with all the questions I had

We had immense issues with our builder when we bought our new house in July 23. The snagging lists we put together each week seemed to increase so much so that the builder must have thought we were having them on. We contacted Paul who spent the whole day checking each room, making copious notes and countless photographs. We sent that to our builder who then arranged for all the necessary trades to turn up, and slowly one by one, they were completed.
Thank you Paul, you were a great help.

Georgina and Paul were very professional. Walked me through the process and queries.

Paul was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend A1 snagging.

A1 Snagging provided an awesome personable experience. They are very thorough in the snagging taking much longer than their competitors and are happy to walk you through each item as well as sending a detailed report. They were also exceptional at working around a short time frame and quelling any doubt about the worthwhileness of the service.
