I wanted to give Jordyn Dorris of the Newton Group a gold star review. I am not computer literate and ran into trouble navigating the exit process. When I called her she always got back to me. She assured me everything would work out satisfactorily and it has. She was patient and understanding, an asset to the company. Thank you.

I had been concerned of the predicament I got myself into. Newton Group was so helpful. Explained all the details and I was so happy to hear the news they got me released. They were all so nice.

What impressed us most about Newton Group was their honesty and transparency. They explained our options clearly and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to successfully exit our timeshare and eliminate the ongoing maintenance fees and stress that came with it. Feels great to finally have peace of mind and financial freedom again.

Newton Group delivered exactly what they promised, and in fact a bit quicker than the "typical" timeline they had projected. Don't get me wrong, it is still a bit of a nerve-wracking process as you have to pay in full up front and then things go into a sort of a black hole - you basically have to wait till they complete the transaction. I strongly urged them to be a bit more proactive about sharing updates along the way - where in the process the case is - and they have taken the feedback. Other than that lack of visibility, in the end, looking back, the process played out exactly as they had laid out in the initial sales call. Which is extremely refreshing in this space that is full of rather unscrupulous actors. I had engaged with one other exit company before I found Newton Group in the last minute and I switched based on their BBB A+ rating. I am glad I did that! They don't overpromise (which can be challenging if you're already skeptical because you've been burnt before and you're looking for that guarantee). They also don't pressure you into committing like one of the other exit companies tried to do (awful experience). There was a lot of advice out there about "never work with an exit company that takes all the $ up front" and so it was not an easy decision but Newton Group lived up to their word, as they seem to have done with many other clients. Thank you Team Newton Group. Finally, I see in some other reviews that people have had difficulty getting response from them - definitely not the case for me, I have proactively contacted them several times and each time I get a call and/or email back fairly promptly. And everyone was very nice and courteous. I will be recommending them to my friends who are also looking to exit.

I researched time share companies and decided the newton group was for me. From the first phone call they were very professional I was assigned a contact person who helped me through the process I was told this would be a lengthy process and it was 10-12 months. Someone was always available for my questions and all were respectfully and timely answered. Holly Ostertsg was so helpful. I am happy to say my timeshare is no longer my own. looked around for a reputable business to help me get out of our Timeshare and found the Newton group. They assigned me a person who kept in touch with me through the whole process. She was great. Just be aware that this is not a fast process depending on your Timeshare company. The Newton Group cannot control that. I recommend the Newton Group. I don't recommend that anyone buy a Timeshare.

I tried several options trying to get out of my timeshare: returning it to the resort, selling it privately and listing it with Sell My Timeshare Now. Nothing worked. After looking into firms that promised to get me out of my timeshare, I selected Newton Group. They clearly explained the process and guided me in selecting the option that worked best for me. They assigned my case to an affiliated attorney who assured me that my credit would be protected throughout the process. They also had contacts with the right people at the resort ownership, which I am sure facilitated the process. I was able to get totally free of my ownership without paying any additional money for things like title work and deed transfer. The process took about 2 years, but it was worth it.

Newton Group helped me cancel my 5 timeshares and now I have peace of mind, no more maintenance payments. Thank you

After my review disclosing that my timeshare went to Timely Acquisitions and that company filed for bankruptcy Newton Group is challenging my review as real. I am out thousands of dollars and still stuck with a timeshare. When they called me about my review I asked for my money back and then no response. I will keep updating this review until I get my money back because I’m still out major money given to them. Be warned.

We’re happy this is over. It took quite a while, but it’s done over and we’re relieved. Thank you.☘️☘️

The Newton Group made our cancellation of our timeshare so easy! They did what said they would do and got us out of our obligations. I couldn’t be happier about that. It was a process but they kept us informal

They were very professional and knowledgeable.

If I could give no stars I would! Newton group told my retired, widowed mother who's on a fixed income that they would help her get out of a Westgate timeshare. 8 years later and we still have no success. They are simply telling her to stop paying the maintenance fees and wait for the company to foreclose on the property and then they will take action. So not only will my mother's credit be ruined but also mine and my brothers because we are the heirs. Do not use them do not talk to them do not give them your money. This process should not take more than 12 months maximum. Scam!

Paying upfront, bad idea. After signing I found them untrustworthy and felt misled. While they performed no real work, I was refused any refund and offered no alternatives. I canceled the contract and am left with a substantial loss and a hard lesson. I felt they operated like a timeshare sales personnel.

Thank You. Newton Group was so helpful in the process of getting right of the timeshare. First company we tried failed and abandon us. We found the Newton Group and they stepped up to the plat and were total rock stars. Start to finish. So happy they were able to get rid of the timeshare for us. Would total recommend them.

That they did what they said they would do. They were friendly and kept me updated during the process.

Newton Group delivered what was promised and we are out from under our timeshare. It was a long process but they communicated with us regularly and responded quickly when we had a question or asked for an update. We had the same representative through the whole process which was very helpful. Definite 5 stars!

They took a payment in 6/24 for about $3500 and nothing was done for a year and a half. They immediately transferred the account to DC Capital. That company was supposed to send me a form back in 7/24 in order to notify the time share that they were representing me. I never received it and they never followed up. I sent several emails about the status with no replies until an exasperated one that I sent in 10/25. That is when I found out that they had not even contacted the time share until 10/25, after they received my email. The reason I was a given was that two paralegals quit back in the summer of 2024 and some things had fallen through the cracks. They claim that nothing would have been different because you have to wait long periods but I don't believe that. Since the time share was notified several weeks ago, they have sent emails, a letter with the form and now a certified letter. They are obviously very interested in starting the process, which now may have been delayed by more than a year and a half.
