I want to say that i am only giving Patricia in the office 5 stars she has been phenomenal. Helping us with alot of maintenance issues.
And guiding us through the process she deserves 5 stars. And on a seperate note nexa as a company well one star is too many.
Rental property
I’ve had my rental with Nexa for 5/6 years, and during that time they have always been very helpful, particularly Jasmine and Becky.
Just recently, there have been a number of issues with the property and Patricia is now the first port of call.
I have found her extremely professional, polite in her emails, and very helpful.
Plus, she gets the jobs organised keeping me informed along the way. She’s a real help and if she can’t help she’ll make sure my queries go to the correct person.
WiFi going off
I’m currently renting a property with Nexa for roughly 10 months & I’ve been happy with everything so far. Where I’m staying location wise is good for me being close to shops, work & public transport & any issues which I’ve had has been dealt with quickly, in my time so far my only issues had been faulty smoke alarms which were replaced the next day & id recently had an issue with the WIFI going off but id contacted Patricia & she resolved it within a few days responding to me during her days off. 👍🏻

Never dealt with such incompetent
Never dealt with such incompetent, greedy and shortsighted people. No heating for a month, took them multiple calls to get someone out. I had a leak for 10 months, which they constantly made me try to arrange to fix. Calling me at 7pm at night asking me to bring them items of the landlord. Then when leaving weren't even aware of my leaving date, had viewings then did my closing tenancy over 9 days after I have left asking for £140 for a "light clean" then couldn't provide a receipt/quote for said clean, 3 months of me chasing they ignored me and handed it over to the landlord. You're all parasites who don't have an ounce of common sense or dignity.
Patricia - Housing with NEXA
Throughout my contract so far I’ve had a seamless experience with NEXA. Anytime there has been any occasional maintenance issues, Patricia is always quick to get them sorted out. She has been fantastic and plays a big part in making the whole housing experience with NEXA pleasant. Highly recommended.

The worst renting experience I have…
The worst renting experience I have ever had
I reported many maintenance issues and they werent sorted, gas and electricity werent working over xmas and we were freezing , they didnt do anything about it , then our ceiling came down because of a leak, took them 2 months to sort and kept lying. It took them 8 months to resolve the issue and compensate for our damaged bed and wardrobe , will never be renting again and don’t recommend at all
The BEST letting agents about...
Absolutely amazing letting agents, Best about actually the support is amense. Communication is fabulous each time I've had a problem its been solved very quickly. Attitude on everyone is above and beyond its amazing especially Becky Dello what an amazing woman who will help you out no matter what. Emma also is so so kind there all so nice and only want the best for their tenants and landlords. Highly recommend.
Absolutely awful Letting company
Absolutely awful Letting company. Left a review after being left for a year and a half with 3 leaks. Three walls collapsed, told to move out for a week. Work not completed as agreed. Had to go away again. No rent refund. They never turn up. Like today. Promised they would arrive at 10am. Still waiting for work to be done. They have no concern or respect for their tenants. Raised a complaint and the owners response is posted on Google reviews. No sorry, just a sarcastic comment. That's how they treat a tenant who pays their rent early and single mum juggling work commitments. I'm a Housing Officer and I would suggest that anyone having issues with them to report to your local authority. I have had to get the EH and the private rented sector to liaise with them and order work to be done, as you get no response or care. I will upload videos and images. It's so upsetting and ridiculous that I have to speak to my LA to get any response or acknowledgement.

Fantastic service while renting great bunch , however after moving out 2 months ago and agreeing to a £300 deduction out of my £850 deposit for minor damage caused by myself I’m still chasing it and trying to find out when I’m going to get my money back just feels like I keep getting fobbed off
Nexa don't want to pay deposit money
When I entered the property it was dirty and I spoke to Ashley whom I dealt with,
Ashley was very friendly, but then he left work and handover my case to Keighley who ignores phone calls and doesn't respond to any messages,
When I moved out they didn't want to pay my deposit back I phone their office almost everyday and they would tell me that Keighley is the one dealing with your case, we can't help you because she is not around everyday,
I spoke to the landlord who helped me for Keighley to respond to me,
And now to find out they want to take all the deposit I paid,
I paid £1000,
And they refused to pay me a cent,
They want me to pay a fee of redocoration, how when I entered the house was a mess,
They charge me for the garden which was very dirt when I moved in,
I understand for a few damages, but the rest is a bad experience, that I wish people must not go through, although desputed the case,
it's reasonable to say they are a few small damages not for them to take the whole £1000, I only lived at the property for 8 months, yet they don't want to pay my deposit money

One of the worst letting agents in the country. Once we signed contract stopped answering emails, phone calls etc. Kayleigh Brown is the most unprofessional estate agent EVER. They were that petty once we left property they made it so awkward for us to get our deposit back took us 6 months to get it back. They tell so much lies it is frightening anything to get a tenant in the property god help you once you are in. Do nothing to help you we reported sink week we moved in moved out 5mths later still not fixed. Should be struck off and not allowed to let out properties
Bristol - Useless and Greedy
Nexa in Bristol oversaw a property I was shared renting on a 2 year tenancy. The entire time, Nexa have been useless and negligent in maintaining the property.
Firstly, there was a hole in the roof for the entire tenancy, which allowed rodents into the roof, and there was free flowing water between the upstairs and the downstairs which left water stains on the downstairs ceilings. None of these were properly addressed during the tenancy.
Secondly, our boiler triggered the carbon monoxide alarm, to which the boiler repair man that was sent out commented by saying the boiler had not been checked for over two years.
Likewise, our electrical box started smoking at the transformer cable (and burned a tenant), which required both fire services and the National Grid intervention, who also commented on the lack of maintenance and the poor placement of a fridge in front of the cable.
Nexa Bristol then claimed that a post-tenancy household clean had cost nearly £1000, despite all tenants cleaning for 4 days prior to the tenancy ending (leaving the house spotless), due to mattress stains that should have fallen under general wear for a 2 year tenancy.
Overall, my experience with Nexa Bristol suggests that they as a branch aim to address as few issues as possible whilst claiming as much money as they can from tenants. I would actively avoid this agency if moving to Bristol at all costs

I should give 0 stars. Had trouble with them right from begining. The staff decided take what even money they want from my account without with any statement. The the boss fixed because I complain to head office complaining team. When the contract nearly end with tenant. I rang them to confirm not renew with the tenant as late payment all time. Of course they did not inform them. But then find out the tenant is intented move out in Nov. As nexa move the rental payment date 10days later without telling me and have taken the 10 day payment from Tennant since November last year which I was not told and not pay that 10days rent. But now the move out date also extend 10 days but contract is not and the deposits scheme won't extend. The staffs provided incorrect information. They promised money will sent to me but never. Then next day said the money not due yet. As I told them before I am not happy to extend the contract unless payment received before contract end. I thought the is minimum request from my side not really over the top. I did not realise I need to begging for my rent money from a powerful Nexa.
