A EVITER ABSOLUMENT
Après nous avoir fait explorer la voiture à la loupe .... il y avait des milliers de petites griffures, ce qui nous a fait perdre énormément de temps ... il a fallu faire de même au retour et là, comme par hasard, il y avait des griffures non signalées !!! Et ils ont trouvé un impact invisible sur le pare choc !!! Conséquence 1200 euros à payer !!!
DES VRAIS VOLEURS !!!! Les personnes qui ont loué après nous ont eu la même chose !!!! Ils nous ont contactés car nous avions oublié des papiers dans la voiture ... Même scénario ! Même arnaque !!!

Do not use their service.
The car they gave us was old and shaki. It had some "suspicious" stains on the back seat they didn't care to clean. But worst than anything, after taking care of the car, they wanted to charge us 200 euros for two small dents on one of the tyre covers. Those dents were most certainly there before we took it. They agreed on not charging us if we gave them a good review, blackmailing us. So here it is. Do not work with this people, they are scammers.

When we went to pick up the car there was a french couple calling their bank to cancel the card (so they are not overcharged for the minor scratches the car had) and a couple from Bilbao (Spain) complaining as the agency wanted to charge them €500 for an almost inexsitent scratch.

When we dropped off the car the guy asked us to write a nice review on Trustpilot & Tripadvisor for us to have full deposit back.

No comment... I just don't recommend !!!

Excellent customer service from Teo at Next Auto Rent at Otopeni Airport. Rented a small car for our trip and it was in excellent condition and dealing with Teo was a delight despite him having to deal with some very difficult customers before getting to us. The car was just what we needed for our trip and filling out the paperwork when picking up and dropping off the car was very easy. I would definitely use these guys again if I needed to rent a car in Romania.

Stay away. They give you a tattered car & will find "new" damage on the car upon return and charge you with an inflated price list. You will end up paying many times more than you expect

These people are thieves. Do not trust them for any reason. They will try to charge you as much as they can for dents and scratches the cars already have. The money they take is supposed to be to cover the damage, but they don´t fix anything, they take you the money without any proof of fixing the scratch.
They know their cars and they will charge you a ridiculous amount of money for things they know they already were there! I have sued them to the police, I cannot understand how this fraud is still operating.

DO NOT RENT from "Next Auto" Rent Romania.

They've tried to convince me to by an expensive excess insurance - 22 EUR per day.
I relied on my default insurance

When I returned the car they managed to find a minuscule 'dent' in the windshield that supposedly wasn't there when I got the car. I could barely see it as we focused more on the scratches that the car was full of. Now I have to pay 500EUR for it and they've already charged my credit card they had as warranty when we picked up the car. So no chance against them.

They are seasoned crooks!!! Beware.

Just returned from 10 days touring Romania, hired a car from Next Auto, pick up at the airport was easy, a call on arrival and they picked us up straight away and took us to the office, 2 mins from the airport. We had no issues, the car was fine, we returned with no damage and were not charged for any extras. We were then dropped off back at the airport. Very easy and good value for money.

We had a very nice experience with them. The team is proffesional and just helpful. I totaly recommend them.
