Was good company, picked up from airport with a friendly greeting and gave good car, no problems.

Bon accueil, très sympathique et arrangeant. On a juste pas fais attention au coût d''assurance et à la prise en charge hors horaire, mais rien d'énorme. Bonne voiture, à prix très attractifs, presque parfait au final !

Do not touch this company!! In my humble opinion they are unscrupulous.

I found they charged me 500 euros for damage that I did not do. The car was returned with no comment from the office about any damage. Then once you have left they search out the smallest scratches that were already on the car when I picked it up. The worst is that they forged my signature on the documentation to try to show I signed to accept responsibility for the damage. I am in dispute with them at the moment.

Stay away from these crooks !!! They charged me 100 $ for a refundable waranty/insurance wich I never got back .The initial rental price was about 200 but I ended up paying 600 $ plus 70 RON for car wash !

TOTAL SCAM! I got charged an astronomical amount for invisible scratches and windscreen dents. Don't EVER use them!

Very well priced, new cars and the staff was honest. Be sure to bring enough money for the deposit or you will be charged extra on arrival. Otherwise, I recommend Next Auto to anyone wishing to rent a car in Romania. 5 stars!

Noleggio 9 giorni a Los Angeles. Auto pulita e nuovissima uguale al modello scelto. Navetta arrivata subito in aereoporto e velocissima anche nel ritorno. Secondo me tutti i problemi sorgono perché non si fanno le assicurazioni. Le auto costano pochissimo al noleggio ed ogni piccola cosa da luogo a richieste di indennizzo. Noi abbiamo tagliato una gomma (per colpa mia) e ci hanno inviato subito un gommista per mettere il ruotino e non ci hanno addebitato nulla. Nemmeno per un piccolo segnetto sul cofano. Certo in USA le assicurazioni sulla macchina costano più che il noleggio stesso ma occorre farle. E intendo non solo il zero franchigia ma anche quella sui pneumatici e sotto scocca. Altrimenti basta un nulla per rovinarsi la vacanza ( le auto costano nulla in usa ma un operaio che ti traina la macchina e te la ripara costa magari cinque volte che in Italia). Tra l’altro i costi sono eccezionali. Ho notato che tutti i Rent A Car statunitensi hanno prezzi in linea con next. Quelli che hanno il sito in italiano sono invece molto più cari. Next invece è in italiano ma ha costi “americani”. Tra l’altro è una delle poche che ti fa scegliere dal sito le assicurazioni. Le altre te le presentano sul posto e li ti stangano. Ultima cosa; cercano di darti anche il Pass autostradale. Evitate, le freestyle californiane sono praticamente tutte gratis. Ci sono solo alcune corsie ma rarissime ed evitabilissime. Le auto sono anche dotate di sim a bordo con wafi se uno acquista il servizio. Per il navi basta scaricare Here wego con mappe per California offline e siete a posto risparmiando 100 euro.

This company are fraudsters. Tell you that there is damage to the car when there isn’t. The ‘scratch’ is across to panels therefore twice the cost! DO NOT USE THEM however cheap they come out on web search you have to ask how they make their money, well it will be scamming you later on when you return the car.

Pleasant experience! I booked a car from Autoescape, I got scared when I saw the reviews for this company! The guy who took me from the airport was really nice and explain me all about all and my choice was to take the car with an Full Insurance, the excess for this was 100 euro. I must admit that as I was getting back to their office I was wandering if they are going to take me that amount, for my surprise they didn't check the car! So for me was a pleasant experience and I recomand Next Auto Rent! And by the way, the car was really new!

Very bad experience with next Auto rent. They literally steal money from people by any way. Don't go there!

Fare molta attenzione. Leggere le condizioni perbene perché ci sono un sacco di clausole e fanno in modo di fregarti i soldi in variati modi come tassa per consegna ritorno fuori orario di lavoro, bloccano la garanzia anche per graffi inesistenti, non rispettano le prenotazioni fatte con rischio di trovarvi a piedi. Brutisima esperienza.

Warning!! Very bad experiense!! We hired a car at nextautorent in Bucharest for a round trip in Romania. We had 1200 euros with credit card deposit. The car had to be washed and brought back inside cleaned. On return, an employee had looked for a correct spot and found a barely visible point of 1mm diameter in the paint, which might have been there before. For that we were charged 300.- Euro!

You are powerless, because the employees know that one is under pressure and must reach the flight. This is how you work at nextautorent.ro. See also the ratings of others on the facebook page of nextautorent!

The car was, by the way, badly maintained. After a few kilometers the message "Oil change required". In addition, the windscreen water tank was almost empty at the beginning.

Therefore: NEVER AGAIN NEXTAUTORENT BUKAREST !!!

SCAMMER ALERT ! Don't book any car there. I rented with my girlfriend a car there. I was late to drop the car and I didn't have time to wash it so I accepted to pay the €30 extra fee and they told me that they could not check the car dirty and that I have to wait that the car is washed. I didn't have the time otherwise I would miss my flight and he told he would do it without me. I decided to trust him, I didn't really have the choice and I was confident that we didn't get any scratches and dents. I called him back when I'm boarded in the plane and he told me that there are scratches on the roof and that he will charge me 500€ for repair. He sent me the pictures that you can find in this review and we can barely see anything. Watch out and don't go there. They will find a way to screw you up.

Never again! The methods this company is using is close to stealing your money. They claim damages which have been there before or are not visible. Photo below!
They do it in the last moment when returning your car, so you do not have enough time to do anything against it or get a damage report from them or the police. They even admit it and say: get your money back from your home insurance. Also they do not send any damage report later. They just take your money from your credit card, up to 400 EUR for something not visible!
Also: you have to return the car in washed condition, inside and outside, or they will charge you extra. Big warning for this rental company!!!!
