I attended John for 6 sessions over a number of weeks for neck and back pain. His knowledge and expertise are second to none. I persevered with the exercise regime he taught me and am happy to say feeling much much better since. Highly recommend John.

I went to John with an injury I thought I would never fully recover from. Without Johns guidance, expertise and persistence, I wouldn't be back walking and training. I would recommend John 100%.

I went to see John after nursing a knee injury for a few months.

When I first went to see John, I was struggling with stairs and could barely walk for a couple of hundred metres without being in a lot of discomfort, within 6 sessions I was back squatting and running, and playing Rugby.

During our sessions:
- John would check in with me to see how I was getting on with my exercises, he would then either add an extra element or else change the exercise to suit my recovery.

- He would then check both of my knees doing both massage and Dry-Needling.
- At the end of our session, John would then bring me through the exercises that I was to do until our next session.

As soon as he felt I had made enough progress John gave me the option to keep going with physio or to book in with him as and when needed. Before I finished with John he outlined the types of exercises I was to do and set targets for me.

Couldn't recommend John highly enough.

After struggling with hip pain for many years and after trying to heal it myself through exercises I was left frustrated as I got it to a certain point of functionality but still was in a lot of sharp pain in certain movements, especially deep squats and internal and external rotation.

John at the first consultation diagnosed the problem after a brief discussion and having and look at the pain and movement difficulties of the hip. I thought the diagnosis was wrong but went ahead and followed his exercises regimentally and noticed a 50% improvement after only 3 or 4 days, 90% improvement after 2 weeks and it continues to feel better and better every day as I continue the exercises.

I would highly recommend John to athletes/general population from my own experience and would encourage anyone going to John to do the hard work at home themselves. Feeling a great relief in my hip and also noticing an improvement in my hamstring which John looked at in a further consultation.
