Absolutely disgusting customer…
Absolutely disgusting customer services. Was sold a vehicle in July 2026 with September delivery I was told was in stock. No response to multiple requests updates until late August when I was told November !! No update in between. Made complaint and two weeks later still no response they really are disgusting. Now I have no car as expecting one in September so will have to source one at my own expense. Abhorrent poor please please don’t use these people.
Update: attempted to take down trustpilot review after 24 hours but three weeks in and still no contact re my complaint. Tells you everything.

Very misleading
Very misleading. Don’t believe the website leading times for cars. They say they will be ready soon as as soon as you place your order you cannot contact them for two weeks and then they tell you your car is only beginning manufacture and won’t be ready for 2-3 months! I ordered a car after I was involved in a car accident and not now I have the cost of hiring a car while fleet want £500 to release me from the contract. A complete scam. Don’t think complaining will work, no need to bothers answering. Complete Joke. It’s a website with nothing behind it when things go wrong and lots of small print. Be aware. Go elsewhere.

Great Service When Your Call Is Eventually Picked Up
The process itself it great and the staff you deal with are very helpful and knowledgeable. The reason I dropped a star is because whenever I have had to make contact I have sat in a telephone queue for on average 30 to 40 minutes every time. The garage where the vehicle is coming from have reported the same issue about how time consuming it is to make contact. If better resourced the service would most definitely be 5 stars!
