Seamless, great updates. Great value..!

I had a really positive experience with NHS Fleet Cars. From start to finish, the service was smooth, professional, and reliable. The booking process was straightforward, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making everything easy to arrange.

NHS Fleet is not updated the delivery date. Tesla company contacted.

Easy to access.
Good selection of vehicles to choose from.
only grievance was that information about return of vehicle once replacement is delivered was not clear. Lease company should communicate to NHS Fleet solutions so the vehicle return is coordinated well.I incurred additional charges because of this.

Contacting Fleet Solutions via telephone is very problematic and I suspect it relates to a capacity issue (lack of human resources).

If you email Fleet Solutions it can take days or even weeks to receive a response to a query.

There's also a feeling of the assumption that you're an experienced service user with leasing vehicles through fleet solutions, which for me meant I had to seek clarification a number of times via phone.

Well the car i choose was due to my current lease car being stolen and i choose the Cupra because it had the quickest delivery date, but ended up taking over a month longer to turn up due to faults with the car. I was also left with a late curtesy car of a mini (not big enough for my family of 5).

Although all the emails we nice i wish someone could have just ended that car and got another one in quicker or found/offered me an alternative as it really put me out for 2 months

The link in with third party was also great , who gave timely and appropriate replies which was helpful and kept me up to date with the whole process.

Electric cars inc Teslas through the scheme are excellent as they all inclusive. NHS fleet sortout all the interaction with NHS payroll/HR for the payment once you sign off the required forms. However its probably inevitable that lots of different companies are involved - NHS trust (HR) , NHS fleet solutions, Different leasing company NHS fleet source car from, Delivery company (Tesla directly) and you can only go to specific car tire company/repair company as specified by the lease company and this changes when you change cars even though the overseeing company remains NHS fleet solutions. Takes a little getting used to but worth it. Can you please set up a more stremalined system of confirming identity of person who collects cars at time of end of lease - thats outcourced to another company - one often worries are we returning the car to someone who is doing identify theft and then the leasehoder become liable for the theft of the car as they handed over the keys.

I posted a review after my car arrived and I’d just started paying with my salary sacrifice. The review invitation went to my work email and someone flagged it as fake so I’m posting it again!

I finally decided to order a car through Fleet Solutions on 2nd January 2026 and was amazed by how quickly everything progressed. My car arrived within the first week of February! The entire process was incredibly smooth and the customer service team was brilliant. They were responsive friendly and incredibly helpful when I had a question about my quote.

The best part? The take-home pay calculation was spot on. This means I’m now driving a much nicer car for the same amount I was paying privately. I absolutely love my new wheels!
