I took a car and when returned they ripped me off with a late fee of £53/- (which they made is delabrat) and send me a bill of £1240/- due to serach.

I received my Partner Used Car on time…
I received my Partner Used Car on time and in good condition. Application was seamless and customer representatives were supportive. Delivery was smooth and delivery staff was very helpful and calm. I’m really glad I opted for this service.

Took 9m to get the car
Took 9m to get the car. No updates sent between ordering/paperwork completion and it being ready for delivery despite constant requests from dealer. When it arrived i wasnt shown how to do anything, car was in french and i found it difficult ordering it and getting the things i needed for it, so just ordered a bog standard car.

I was kept informed with the latest updates on my order.
Aftercare support is fantastic - when my car had a series of breakdowns, I was supported throughout by the NHS Fleet Solutions Team.
Delivery was very good with the driver arriving in the morning and taking the time to show me and set up everything I needed to get started in my new vehicle.
