I have returned an item that I bought…

I have returned an item that I bought from nine two five because of the size issue, and in return I have ordered one that I liked more, the process was easy and in a few days I had my delivery.
I’m giving 5 stars because the customer service in this company is great, they quickly reply to any queries and help with all the enquiries.

I ordered the bracket the delivery was prompt the bracelet was very small I ordered medium same day it slipped off my wrist was not impressed sent it back straight away I brought it through Klarna still awy my refund ?

I ordered a tiger eye beaded bracelet…

I ordered a tiger eye beaded bracelet which was great, but the string broke. I told 925 this and they had no problem in replacing my bracelet asap along with extra string if it was to break again! Thankfully it has not and must say, is good quality and looks great!

Great product and good service

Ordered 2 bracelets with personalized engraving, when I received them, one of them didnt have the engraving. Reached out to customer service, got response very quick and all got set right! Very happy with the bracelets and how Irena from customer service handled it!

I ordered 2 bracelets which I had to…

I ordered 2 bracelets which I had to return. I understood there was a £1.99 fee for doing this. However, I have been charged £14.50 for the return postage for a package that should have been £3.65. This is an extortionate price. Make sure you won’t need to return anything.
If I could do review without a star, I would.
I will not be ordering anything again from them.

We understand that return costs can be frustrating, especially when returning an order from the United Kingdom. Since Brexit, returns from the UK to the EU are treated as international shipments rather than domestic UK parcels. This means that the costs are higher due to international shipping rates and customs handling.

My order was fulfilled in a very prompt manner and I was updated regularly with the whole process.

Premier achat et déception

Premier achat et déception , première bague arrivée endommagée et trop grande et qualité qui laisse à désirer ...
je le signal donc directement, réponse rapide, le seul point positif qui leur vaut 2 étoiles au lieu de zéro, mais ensuite , un enchaînement de mails a suivit, pas de remboursement comme la bague était personnalisée par sois disant une gravure alors que c'est en réalité une simple impression...
Je finis par négocier un chèque cadeau de la valeur de mon achat, je précise en ayant bataillé, je renvoi donc la bague et je choisi un autre modèle, cette fois la taille correspond, la qualité n'est pas meilleure, pas de défauts c'est déjà ça mais la fameuse "gravure personnalisée" qui est en réalité une impression a commencé à s'altèrer à peine après avoir porté la bague 2h.. conclusion, si vous voulez de la qualité, cherchez ailleurs

Nous comprenons votre déception concernant la première bague reçue. Après votre signalement, notre équipe vous a répondu rapidement et a cherché une solution adaptée malgré le fait que l’article était personnalisé. Dans ce cas, nous avons finalement proposé un bon d’achat de la valeur de votre commande afin que vous puissiez choisir un autre modèle.

Concernant la personnalisation, nous sommes désolés d’apprendre qu’elle semble s’être altérée aussi rapidement. Ce n’est évidemment pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir. Si un problème apparaît après seulement quelques heures d’utilisation, nous vous invitons à nous recontacter avec des photos afin que nous puissions examiner cela correctement et trouver une solution appropriée.

Excellent quality and service

I am very pleasantly suprised in the quality of the products I ordered.
I looked at similar products from different companies but something drew me in to NinetoFive!
The service was fantastic with fast delivery,excellent and personal packaging which makes all the difference as far as i am concered.

I can highly recommend this company and will certainly use again .

Ring besteld volgens hun size chart online. Is veel te klein.
Hun meegeleverde ring sizer geeft een L aan en online een XS.
De ring op hun eigen ring sizer geeft een M aan.
Via support is er geen menselijk contact te krijgen en je krijgt alleen maar automatische antwoorden van een bot.
250 euro weg.

Bedankt voor je review. Vervelend om te horen dat de ringmaat niet goed lijkt te passen en dat dit voor frustratie heeft gezorgd.

We hebben je bericht en de aangeleverde foto’s zorgvuldig bekeken. Omdat ringmaten heel dicht bij elkaar liggen, is het op basis van foto’s helaas niet altijd mogelijk om met zekerheid te beoordelen welke maat geleverd is of waar het verschil precies is ontstaan.

Daarom hebben we aangeboden om de ring gratis naar ons terug te sturen, zodat we de maat fysiek kunnen controleren met onze eigen tools. Als blijkt dat de verkeerde maat is geleverd, sturen we uiteraard kosteloos de juiste maat op. Daarnaast hebben we aangegeven dat we graag willen meedenken over een passende compensatie voor het ongemak.

Het is absoluut niet onze bedoeling dat je het gevoel hebt dat je geen menselijke hulp krijgt. We willen dit graag netjes en persoonlijk met je oplossen. Zodra we de ring retour hebben ontvangen en hebben kunnen controleren, zorgen we voor een passende oplossing.

Erlebe gerade den schlechtesten Service, den ich je erlebt habe . Bekomme nur Standardmails , wie von einem Bot.
Erwarte eine Rückerstattung, da ich die Bestellung längst zurückgeschickt habe.
Nie wieder in diesem Shop!

vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du unseren Service so erlebt hast.

Wir möchten jedoch kurz klarstellen, dass wir deine Anfrage am 2. Juni erhalten und deine Rückerstattung bereits am 5. Juni bearbeitet haben. Während dieses Prozesses haben wir dich über den Status informiert.

Die Verzögerung entstand dadurch, dass die Rücksendung mit einem Versandlabel außerhalb unseres Retourensystems verschickt wurde. In solchen Fällen wird das Paket nicht automatisch in unserem System registriert, wodurch die Bearbeitung etwas länger dauern kann.

Wir verstehen, dass das frustrierend sein kann, aber wir haben deine Rückerstattung inzwischen vollständig verarbeitet. Es tut uns leid, dass du trotz unserer Kommunikation diesen Eindruck hattest.
