The only thing that you can do to improve your service is to have all types of Liscio hair straighteners available. The medium one is not on the website.

Firstly I'd like to say the issue was resolved and the member of staff was helpful throughout. I ordered items from the ninth avenue UK site. I assumed this was a company operating in the UK. It isn't. I ordered heated hot stone massage bags from the UK site. Nowhere on the listing of the item does it state that the item will come with a US plug not would it not work on UK voltages unless you buy a step down transformer. Not a simple plug converter but a bulky 240v to 110v transformer. In fairness, the rep was helpful to the best of his knowledge and I also received a partial refund to cover the cost of the transformers. I really think the UK and European pages specifically need to list that certain items need step down transformers and ship only supporting US voltages. Apart from that the item seems good. The rep was good.

Well, I've been trying to locate a regular supplier for Medline Skin Repair products. I sought out a cream that was effective at managing X-Linked Ichythyosis - which I inherited - and had found a suitable one. This was practically two decades ago, and I have been flitting about between different sources ever since. Sometimes with luck. More times not. I have bought, so far, two of the 32oz pump dispensers and will need to purchase more. It is of great relief to my skin that I've found a reliable supplier. Finally, no more of the wretched petroleum based 'treatments'. I sincerely hope that you continue to be able to supply it. I'd hate to have to search out another supplier all over again. It had got to be extremely frustrating. Many thanks.

I love your clothing - it’s good quality, fits me (I’m 5’10” so have trouble finding stuff that’s long enough) and the staff are very engaging without being pushy. I’m not a regular customer, I don’t live in Ilkley, but every time I visit I come home with a lovely purchase!

Great product. I have really sensitive skin. No reaction whatsoever, which is unusual for me. Not greasy excellent moisturiser. Feels so good on my skin.
