It was brilliant, everything came out as I wanted

Product nicely packaged, product excellent but extremely expensive.

This company has bent over backwardz to be helpful my item didnt arrive in time for what i wanted but they have been nothing but 110% helpful even after i ended up in hospital

They have deliberately avoided sending me the pack of face buffers even though they said it would be dispatched by the first ofsept to replace the short amount they posted I did send them photo the package s of the package it was sent in and the 1 pack of buffers when there should havebeen 2 also the weight of the package also I paid 84 00 for 2 packs where nono are selling the same goods for 14 99 for 2 I have been thoroughly ripped off in my opinion

There were no problems so I'm happy.
I would be happier if the clippers were electric and coped better with thick toe nails.
Also, I don't think a standard nail clipper is the best thing to use for a long handled nail clipper. It doesn't work as well as it might.

I ordered a hair product that is almost impossible to get over here. I was able to order it through ninth avenue, which I was really surprised and to be honest, a bit sceptical about.

However, I received it in 2 weeks and was also kept up to date and given contact details if there was a problem, which there wasn’t. So can’t fault them 👏

I received my item and began using it. I feel the result which is a good thing, overall I wish I could receive the items sooner after the order, the main thing I received the items.

Although the order took longer than expected to arrive however I didn’t realise it was coming from the USA. The customers service team were very helpful and responsive to my queries and I received my order yesterday.

Do NOT buy from this store! They sell items they don't have in stock, hold your money for weeks, and ignore refund requests until you threaten them with a bank chargeback. Terrible experience!!!

The mirror took a long time to come but I think it came from USA.
The mirror is a neat size and fits nicely in my shower. The “:bracket” holds the mirror to the wall and the mirror does not fog up.

My original order got lost and after contacting ninthAvenue.uk they looked into it and I now have the suncream 50 SPF that I ordered.
I have sensitive skin and have not burnt or felt any ill effects from this very hot summer in the UK.
My sister-in-law in Australia recommended Cancer Council Sun Cream.
