Great value for you money and excellent customer service with a turn around time of a week. Strongly recommend their services for an in depth survey report.

We booked level 3 survey with NJS. Their service is brilliant. Ruby arranged the survey within 2 days and the surveyor Ibrahim was excellent. He called us right after the survey to highlight the major issues and we received the survey report within advised time.

Easy booking and good communication throughout. Professional service. Report was detailed and easy to read.

The booking process was easy and the lady booking the survey was attentive and organised the surveyor swiftly. The surveyor I believe was Ibrahim Kurt called me on the day and gave me his professional view and and promptly submitted a detailed report - after his advice on getting a roof and electrical contractor - turns out the roof was damaged and a leak was concealed not to mention the electrics weren’t working. The survey highlighted major faults and although aborting the sale set me back a lot of money I have no regrets on my decision. A good surveyor highlights the issues that we sometimes overlook. The service was amazing and I will definitely be recommending this team to all my friends and family. Now just looking for another property and will be back to book the next survey. Thanks once again!

The survey was arranged for a few days later. The surveyor called me on the day of the survey to give me a quick verbal update. He then told me a date he would get the report emailed to me. The report arrived on the date he advised.
