We recently engaged NJS for a level 3 survey on a property we're considering purchasing. Given the property's poor condition, we required an exceptionally detailed and high-quality report. The surveyor provided exceptional service by immediately calling us with their findings of severe defects. They were understanding of our situation and professionally offered a discount on our next survey when we didn't proceed with the first property. Communication throughout was excellent. They were so proactive, taking time to explain what a survey is and why we may want different levels as first time buyers. Whilst proactive, they also weren’t pushy, giving us time to process information and not feel pressured to use their services. We went ahead with a level 3 survey and this was done so promptly and in-depth. We got a phonecall straight after the survey was complete to let us know it was done, if there were any major concerns and when we can be expecting the report. I would definitely use this company again and so would my mum who has moved over 10 times and hasn’t had such a swift and professional survey experience!

Had a level 3 survey carried out by this company. From the start very professional and courteous but had to wait a long time for the survey to take place. I was given one date but then the survey was booked for a date 3 days later. There was also some spelling errors on the survey so I believe overall 4 stars is appropriate as there’s always room for improvement. The survey report was very detailed which I would expect for the price paid.

Amazing service! Both Ruby and Natasha were outstanding in communication and Natasha saved us thousands from buying a home with severe defects! The price for a full level 3 was already competitive but they very kindly offered us a significant discount off our next property seeing as the first one was so bad that we didn't proceed. Upon finding the next one, not only was the deal upheld but Natasha called us after the survey with key points and thoughts, and then sent the full report within the next 2-3 working days. After extended search for a surveyor, I chose NJS and I am very happy I did. Straight forward and no nonsense approach did a very well comprehensive level 3 RCIS survey at a very very reasonable price. My previous survey was not up to scratch I commissioned NJS property group they pointed out concerns never highlighted in my previous survey thank god I had second chance as I been advised structural engineer just imagine I brought the property on the basis of first survey.
