Great Customer Service
Aden answered the phone within 3 rings and helped me get back into my account and helped me with another tech issue not even associated with noip. For that i am thankful because its hard to find customer service like this nowadays or sometimes its hard to get ahold of anyone in tech support for most companies but not with noip.
Reneged On Lifetime Subscription
I paid for a lifetime subscription many, many years ago. They are now reneging on that lifetime agreement. They claim their service has so many extra features now, that they feel they can justify an annual charge of $14.99. Tell you what, give me the service I paid for 15 years ago - I don't want your extra features. This is clearly a money-grab by a failing company. Awful way to treat customers, and certainly not to be trusted.

Support is Supreme! I can't stress how good No-IP's customer support is. They are patient with people with disabilities and work with you to their utmost. I have yet to not have an issue resolved!

I had a lifetime agreement with no-ip that they now ended after 20 years. Don't trust this company with anything, their promises are not worth anything.

WHen I had a need to use NoIP, they provided a free service that was simple to use and affective. (I actually paid for a year when I didn't need to because I was so impressed. Recently, they accidently took a subscription payment for a service I was no longer using. I notified them using the support ticket system and within 24 hours they had refunded the payment and answered my query.
I sure wish *all* customer service departments )and companies) were as good as this! Thank you Geraldo.

They offer a free service, but they hate you for using it.
Draconian bureaucracy wasting people’s time with pointless tasks just so they can keep trying to sell you something.
Monetary penalties for forgetting to accomplish said tasks.
Just be honest and call it a demo!

Apparently, the technical support person Christian did a good study about my issue, knew our concern and found out the best solution for us. Christian gave me all the information I needed and even told the answer I wanted to ask in the next email. I hope all the technical support people work like Christian, the way Christian helped us was in a very efficient way.

Da mesi ho un DDNS che con alcuni provider è associato ad un IP diverso, con tutto quello che ne cosnegue.
Ho l'abbonamento a pagamento e ho verificato più volte la corretta associazione sul firewall.
Ho anche adeguato l'account con l'autenticazione a due fattori.
Apro un ticket per segnalare il problema e mi rispondono che l'host DDNS segnalato non esiste. Questo senza nemmeno verificare sul mio account gli HOST DDNS attivati.
