Amazing bike - terrible support
The bike is amazing. However there were significant delivery delays (several weeks) and the customer support was not reachable through any channel and no information was provided about the expected delivery date. I had to reach out to Noko's press office and threaten them with negative press to get a response. Some of the extra parts that were shipped with the bike were also the cheapest they could find on the market (for example the small orange reflectors that go among the spokes, they were not even compatible).
But again, these are small negative things compared to how good the bike is. The ride feels as good as much more expensive bikes, it's an amazing bike for this price.

I have been riding the Noko Urban Ebike for over six months now. Very satisfied so far. The bike was delivered in good condition and the final assembly was very easy to carry out. Noko's customer service responds quickly and ensures quick follow-up to your questions. As far as I am concerned, it is a nice company to do business with, not only because of their bicycles but also as a company itself. Recommended!

The bike is fantastic, but...
The bike is fantastic, I would give 5 stars.
Directly after I received the bike, there was a new promotion, giving the Beelink Computer for free after purchasing a new bike. I asked the support, if they would let me take part on the promotion as well, because I just purchased a new Noko Bike and I am just a few days late. But they wouldn't do it. Ok, they offered me some percentage but that's not the case.
In my opinion a good support would do it for sure, if you purchased a bike for 2000 Euros and such a promotion starts directly after it.
UPDATE
Today I've got an email from the support team and they solved my problem. Finally I am very happy with their support and I updated the rating, because now they deserve a full star rating!

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to leave a review. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially given our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.
We are delighted to know that you find the bike fantastic and appreciate your positive comments about it. However, we are disheartened that the recent promotion has affected your overall satisfaction.
We did our best to offer a discount on the product as a goodwill gesture. We always strive to accommodate our customers' requests to the best of our abilities. However, it is not always feasible to retroactively apply promotions, especially when they are introduced after the purchase and delivery of an order.
Consider, for instance, if a retail store launches a new promotion or sale shortly after a purchase—typically, the previous buyers wouldn't be eligible for the new offer. Similarly, in the case of airline tickets, if prices drop after you’ve already booked your flight, airlines generally do not refund the difference. These practices are standard across many industries, including ours.
We understand that this may be disappointing, but please know that our goal is to provide fair and consistent service to all our customers. While we could not extend the Beeline Computer promotion to you, our offer of a discount was made with the intent of expressing our appreciation for your business and understanding.
We value your opinion and are here to assist you with any further questions or concerns. Thank you for being a valued customer, and we hope to continue serving you in the future.
Best regards,
YOUR NOKO TEAM!
Love this bike!
Fit and finish is very nice. The bike rides quite nicely. Would have been nice to see an instruction sheet that tells you to download and open any and all manuals available for the bike and any component installed. Would have been nice to have an all Italian bike without any Chinese components (including tires). Cost would be higher but nobody has said Italian bikes are cheap.

Regarding your comment on the components, we strive to balance quality and affordability while maintaining the high standards expected of Italian craftsmanship. We will certainly take your feedback into account as we continue to evolve and enhance our product offerings.

Overall great experience & product
Nook’s customer service was quick to answer all my questions and helped me to decide for the right size of the bike. The bike took about three weeks to arrive from Italy to Germany, but that was to be expected. The bike is great quality and I can only recommend it to everyone looking for a quality e-bike for a fair price!

The bike is great
The bike is great, shipment took a bit longer than promised, therefore the bike is perfect and all the bought extra parts were already mounted.
Bike was ready to go in minutes and first test ride was as expected good.
Let’s see how the performance is after several big trips.

The bike arrived well
The bike arrived well. I would appreciate a better upfront communication of the order status - to see upfront when can I expect the bike to be produced and delivered. Also, my order was split into 2 shipments, there was no information about that and only one shipment arrived yet.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are glad to hear that your bike arrived safely. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of upfront communication regarding your order status. We understand how important it is to know when your bike will be produced and delivered, and we will work on improving this aspect of our service.
Regarding the split shipment, we apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience it may have caused. Unfortunately, we had an accessory that was out-of-stock, but we will ship it to you as soon as we receive it from our supplier.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

A Rocketmachine, man!
Hallo,
habe mein Noko Urban jetzt seit 10.23, bin ca. 2500km
damit gefahren. Absoluter Traum, das Bike ist Mega leicht und wendig, Ruck zuck auf 25km/h pro Std. Und mehr. A Rocket, man!!!
Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review!
We are absolutely thrilled and amazed to hear that you've ridden 2500 km on your NOKOURBAN since October 2023! That’s incredible—congratulations! It’s wonderful to know that you find the bike lightweight, agile, and quick to reach speeds of 25 km/h and more. A rocket, indeed!
We’re also delighted to hear that the battery range meets your needs, giving you approximately 75 km. It’s fantastic that the range extender has further enhanced your riding experience.
Your feedback on the motor, build quality, accessories, and service is incredibly appreciated. Thank you for your clear recommendation!
