Thanks for getting back to me. I just want to stress again that the damages were definitely not caused by an external impact. That’s why I’m going through the warranty. If it had been an external issue, I would have used our bike insurance, which also covers repair costs.
We really have no interest in sending the bike back and forth to Italy — all we want is a bike that works and can be used reliably. Right now, though, it spends more time standing around or in the repair shop than on the road.
I do appreciate your support, but in this case I also expect it. Since the bike is now repaired, I’ve been asked to pay 100 EUR for the shipping back to Germany. I can’t accept this, given the circumstances.
I’d kindly ask you to cover the return shipping under warranty so we can finally put this issue behind us and enjoy the bike as it should be.
Update 17.09.2025:
Indeed, after some further discussions, Noko has returned the bike without any further costs. Thanks for that. The bike has arrived and makes a good impression. We very much hope it stays like this. I can just repeat that there has not been any improper use. For us this topic is closed now as I have been instructed by Noko to not contact them any further via WhatsApp. I very much hope that we only had bad luck and that there will not be any further problems.

We can confirm that your bike was returned to you without any additional costs, including the return shipping to Germany. Our technical assessment by our engineering team indicates that the issue originated from improper use, which led to damage to the rear derailleur. That said, in the interest of resolving the situation quickly and ensuring your satisfaction, we replaced all necessary parts and completed the repair at no charge, treating it as a warranty case.
In short: you were not charged for the repair nor for shipping, even though, based on the findings, it would have been possible to do so. Our goal was to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
If there’s anything else we can do or if you notice any further issues, please contact us directly, we’re here to help and want you to enjoy your bike with complete confidence.

Marca di ebike sconosciuta ai più e che, fortunatamente, ho scoperto per caso girando sui social. Ha attirato la mia attenzione già il fatto che fosse fatta in Italia, con motore italiano e ad un prezzo molto accessibile rispetto ai marchi più "blasonati". Servizio clienti FENOMENALE, hanno risposto a tutte le mie domande e sono sempre stati estremamente disponibili e gentili sia prima che dopo l'ordine della NokoMagma (con cambio sram). Avendo fatto l'ordine ad agosto credevo di vedere la bici a settembre ed invece, appena passato il ferragosto mi hanno spedito il tutto. Pacco perfettamente imballato, a prova di corriere. Bici montata quasi completamente, sono riuscita a fare il resto da sola nonostante la poca dimestichezza. Appena finito di montare la bici è pronta per essere usata, gomme gonfie perfettamente e cambio perfetto. Sono stanti gentili e mi hanno mandato anche il portaborraccia che non è compreso nel welcome kit. Per quanto riguarda la luce posteriore lascia un po' a desiderare e i pedali sono inguardabili, grossi e spessi. Fatta la prima prova, il motore spinge abbastanza, devo ancora testarla sulle lunghe distanze soprattutto per la durata della batteria che, per ora, sembra essere in linea con quanto dichiarato dalla casa (se si usa solo al bisogno il motore). Insomma, la consiglio a chi, come me, non ha grosse pretese e si vuole avvicinare alla bici elettrica senza troppi "sensi di colpa". Esteticamente è uno spettacolo, il colore rosso (che si paga di più) merita veramente... Per ora Molto Soddisfatta!

NOKOFORZA the Beauty
Das NOKOFORZA ist wirklich ein bildhübsches Bike was die Ausstrahlung einer rassigen Fahrmaschine hat! (10/5 Sternen:) Und ja, man will Sie fahren und zwar ziemlich schnell. Leider macht das "schnell fahren" nicht so viel Spaß, da die Übersetzung mit dem Zahnriemen/Singlespeed nicht so gut gelungen ist. Alles über 20km/h bedeutet eine extrem hohe Kadenz beim Treten. Für die Stadt mag das ausreichen, für alles andere sollte man sich für die Variante mit Schaltung entscheiden.
Ansonsten hat das Bike eine sehr gute Qualität und Haptik.

Bezüglich des Riemenantriebs in der Singlespeed-Version haben Sie Recht: Er ist in erster Linie auf den urbanen Einsatz und eine leichte Tretfrequenz ausgelegt. Für alle, die vielseitiger und schneller unterwegs sein möchten, empfehlen wir daher die Variante mit Gangschaltung, um die Leistung des Bikes auch außerhalb der Stadt optimal zu nutzen.
Ihr Feedback ist für uns sehr wertvoll und hilft uns, uns ständig zu verbessern. Viel Freude beim Fahren!

Ob es sich bwährt muß sich erst zeigen.
Der Versand war aber suboptimal. Versprochen mit DHL, real aber mit FedEX, welche einen katastrophalen Service bieten.

Problema elettrico con la mia Nokolight in garanzia , senza tergiversare ,dopo alcuni test online hanno ritenuto opportuno inviare il componente da sostituire presso un meccanico di mia fiducia . Non mi aspettavo tanto , ho constatato la correttezza e la disponibilita' di Noko e di tutto il suo Staff. Bravi e onesti ,hanno provveduto loro a tutto .Non solo soddisfatto di aver acquistato una Noko ...e anche grato di essere stato sempre trattato con riguardo e attenzione alle mie necessita'. Grande Noko , la consiglio ,degni di fiducia .

A very goid customer service
A very goid customer service, though the web page presenting products and options should be more transparent , and photos of the bike should be in the basic setup without paid options.
The waitibg time to delivery is a bit longer but exceptable.
The package for delivery is perfect. You ve might ad some instructions on how to asemble the bike.
Grinta components are working fine. Noko light is an excellent commuter, as it is light enough to be driven with no motor assistance, and the 36 Nm are just fine for efortless small city climbs.

Pentru mine a fost o surpriza foarte placută! Am ales modelul Nokolight cu bateria mare de 380KW!
Constructia este ireprosabila: cadru rigid , fara jocuri si vibratii. Frinele , schimbatorul si deraiorul foarte bine reglate direct din cutie! Asistenta electrica intervine imediat, livrând cuplul atit de necesar cind urci, sau cind esti deja obosit! Eu apreciez maxim asistenta electrica atunci cind am vînt de față ( ajuta f mult)!
Rotile au ETRTO 35/622! Eu am schimbat cauciucurile cu altele 45/622 pentru toate tipurile de drum( maxxis citypass), care nu scutura asa tare si in plus au si banda reflectorizanta circulară!
Am ales marimea L, eu avind înălțimea de 180 cm , dar cred ca e lejeră si pentru ciclisti putin mai inalti, sa zicem de 185cm, fara probleme. Una peste alta este o bicicleta de oras foarte corecta, mai ales la acest pret( pretul de plecare e de 1500 euro, incredibil, ). Eu am ales optional bateria mare de 380KW, care a urcat pretul la 1700 euro . Daca ai emotii sau rețineri la achizitionarea uneu biciclete de la Noko , treci peste și fă pasul urmator! Vei primi un produs de foarte buna calitate!

Mi sono trovato veramente bene sia da parte dell’assistenza sia per la bici in sé.
Essendo neofita ho approfittato del servizio clienti NOKO e ho fatto prima una videochiamata con l’assistenza che mi ha mostrato i modelli che piacevano a me e mi ha elencato tutte le differenze e le funzionalità delle diverse ebike.
La ebike mi è arrivata direttamente a casa e per montarla è stato semplicissimo grazie al video tutorial.
La qualità è eccellente così come la serietà dell’azienda.

Design ist zweckmässig und optisch gut.
Weniger sinnvoll der hässliche Tender-Akku mit seiner
"fummeligen" Spielzeug - Ferbindung. Die Ladebuchse ist definitv deplazierter Fummelkram. Bei Ampler besser gelöst. aber ich bin mit meinem Deal zufrieden.

Das Rad ist besser wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, kleines Wehwehchen 4 Wochen gewartet und jetzt wird mein bestellter Lenker noch nachgeliefert, wenn man realistisch ist kann Noko dafür wahrscheinlich nichts.

primo giro sulla noko vulcano2
Ieri ho fatto il mio primo giro sulla mia nuova Noko Vulcano2 e l’ho trovata solida, leggera ed elegante. La forcella in carbonio ha assorbito bene i colpi nelle discese molto ripide ed accidentate nei miei dintorni. Ottima la frenata idraulica. 10 all’assistenza di Federica, sempre attenta a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, in fase di acquisto e dal punto di vista tecnico.

Bought a Noko Light bike
Bought a Noko Light bike with basic equipment
-frame comfortable and sporty, wery controlable
-motor dead quiet, and not intrusive when engaging and shutting off, enough power for me
-branded parts are of adequate quality
-waiting was 30 days with shipment
-only should buy antishoch bar because you can feel some bumps
-overall good product for the price
