Habe mein Noko Urban am Montag nach knapp 1.5 Monaten bekommen.
Bin unglaublich zufrieden und würde behaupten, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis perfekt ist!
Es fühlt sich alles extrem wertig an und fährt sich super wendig und sportlich!
Die Optik ist die Kirsche auf der Torte! Meiner Meinung nach eines der schönsten E-Bikes welches ich je gesehen habe!
Der Kundenservice von Noko ist auch klasse, mir wurde immer in kürzester Zeit auf fragen geantwortet!

Super customer service: always fast, ready to reply with all the answers. Really accommodating: they had an issue with the handlebar I asked for, so they propose to deliver the bike with a regular handlebar to be as fast as they could, and send the right one for no extra cost. The Nokolight bike is cool, easy to ride, and fun. Really happy until now.

Noko Taormina ma quanto sei bella
Possiedo una Noko Taormina di seconda mano, ma ancora in garanzia. La batteria ha smesso di funzionare e l'applicazione non riusciva a connettersi per fare una diagnosi di quale fosse il problema nello specifico e quindi ho contattato l'assistenza clienti: hanno risposto subito e per risolvere la situazione hanno spedito al mio meccanico di fiducia praticamente tutti i pezzi che potevano essere sostituiti, in questo modo abbiamo trovato il problema e rispedito i pezzi che non servivano, tutto questo gratuitamente. Azienda seria e con un'ottima assistenza, inoltre realizza prodotti con il buonsenso: in attesa dei pezzi di ricambio ho continuato ad usarla in quanto è poco più pesante di una bici normale. Secondo me avete il rapporto qualità/prezzo migliore del mercato..continuate così!

Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, Ihre Bewertung zu lesen, und wir verstehen Ihre Enttäuschung. Dennoch möchten wir erneut klarstellen, dass das von uns kommunizierte Gewicht stets die Basisversion des E-Bikes ohne jegliches Zubehör betrifft. Wie bereits erläutert, sind geringe Gewichtsschwankungen in der E-Bike-Branche völlig normal. Zulieferer ändern gelegentlich Komponenten oder Materialien, und selbst ein Lenker desselben Modells und Herstellers kann 120 g oder 135 g wiegen. Auf sämtliche Bauteile eines E-Bikes hochgerechnet, ist eine Abweichung von etwa 1 kg absolut plausibel, insbesondere, wenn man bedenkt, dass das Rad in Größe S und ohne Pedale gewogen wird, die allein etwa 650 g ausmachen.
Aufgrund Ihrer Unzufriedenheit haben wir Ihnen sofort unser vollständiges und vollkommen kostenloses Rückgaberecht angeboten. Wir hätten den Rückversand komplett übernommen, inklusive Abholung und sofortiger vollständiger Rückerstattung. Sie haben dieses Angebot jedoch mehrfach abgelehnt und stattdessen auf eine Teilrückerstattung oder kostenlose Zusatzprodukte wie einen Ersatzakku bestanden. Diese Forderung erschien uns angesichts der von Ihnen geschilderten Probleme nicht schlüssig. Wenn das Rad wirklich nicht das Richtige für Sie war, wäre eine Rückgabe dann nicht der naheliegendste Schritt gewesen?
Zudem: Wenn unser Ziel tatsächlich gewesen wäre, zu täuschen, welchen Sinn hätte dann ein 20-tägiges, völlig kostenloses Rückgaberecht ab dem Tag der Lieferung? Das widerspricht sich.
Wir möchten uns nicht streiten. Unsere Arbeit basiert seit jeher auf Transparenz und dem respektvollen Umgang mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden. Die Gründe für die Gewichtsabweichungen zwischen verschiedenen Größen und zwischen ausgestatteten und Basisrädern haben wir mehrfach erklärt.
Wir bedauern Ihre Erfahrung erneut und stehen selbstverständlich weiterhin für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zur Verfügung. Hunderte authentische Bewertungen von Menschen, die sowohl unser Produkt als auch unseren Service sehr geschätzt haben, sprechen für sich.
Enttäuschung kann vorkommen, aber wo Vertrauen auf Ehrlichkeit trifft, entsteht echter Wert.
Nokolight weighs 2,3kg more than announced - no refund!!!!
I specifically asked for the weight of the bike and what was included (e.g. pedals, battery) before the purchase. They confirmed that the bike weighs 12.8gk which is super light. so i bought the bike, waited quite a bit (way more than the 2 weeks they "try" to keep). After recieving the bike i was shocked to see that it weighs a bit more then 15kg (so not exceptional but quite average). I asked customer service. they answered that indeed they just found out that the bike weighs more than 2kg more than the original "prototype". They refused any reduction or refund to compensate me for not keeping their contract. they only wanted me to send the bike back. they didn't even want to compensate for the fact that this would mean that i've been weeks without a bike and with no bike at hand just before a bike trip. Really crappy.

We’re truly sorry to read your review and understand your disappointment. However, we want to clarify once again that the weight we communicate always refers to the base version of the bike without any added accessories. As we explained, slight weight variations are entirely normal in the e-bike industry. Suppliers often modify components or materials, and even a handlebar from the same model and manufacturer can weigh 120g or 135g. When you extend this across all components of an e-bike, a 1kg difference is reasonable and expected, especially when considering the bike is weighed in size S and without pedals, which alone add around 650g.
Given your dissatisfaction, we immediately offered our full and completely free return policy. We would have taken care of everything: pickup and an immediate full refund. You refused this option multiple times and instead insisted on a partial refund or free accessories such as an additional battery. That request seemed inconsistent with the severity of the issues you described. If the bike truly wasn’t right for you, wouldn’t returning it have been the most logical step?
Furthermore, if our intention had really been to mislead, what would have been the point of offering a 20-day fully free return window from the moment of delivery? It simply wouldn’t make sense.
We don’t wish to argue. Our work is, and always has been, based on transparency and respect for our customers. We explained multiple times the reasons behind the weight differences between sizes and between equipped and base bikes.
We are once again sorry and always available to support our customers. And in fact, the hundreds of authentic reviews from those who have truly appreciated both the product and our service speak for themselves.
Disappointment can happen, but when trust is met with honesty, real value always emerges.

Dopo aver sperimentato l’ottimo servizio di customer care, in particolare la Sig.ra Federica che mi ha tenuto informato sui ritardi nella consegna (e sì un piccolo appunto sui tempi di evasione dell’ordine), ho finalmente ricevuto la mia bici e dopo aver proceduto all’assemblaggio finale, molto semplice, ho iniziato a godermela. Ottimo prodotto, bello da vedere e facile da gestire. Complimenti!

Nokolight .. wow!!
Possiedo la Nokolight da poco tempo ma ho avuto modo di testarla per bene. Oltre al design accattivante e la possibilità di gestire facilmente la batteria (cosa non proprio comune), mi ha positivamente sorpreso la cura con cui è fatta, la versatilità e il comfort che la caratterizza. Il motore elettrico è silenzioso, potente e a batteria offre una autonomia assolutamente in linea con le promesse. Anche il supporto dell’azienda nelle fasi dell’acquisto è stato di prim’ordine e sono pienamente soddisfatto della mia scelta; la consiglio senz’altro.

Bici di ottima fattura, saldature da maestro e verniciatura realizzata a regola d’arte. Dal vivo rende molto più che in foto, rapporto qualità prezzo elevatissimo ed il migliore sul mercato.
Noko vince sicuramente a mani basse per il customer care che dalla fase di acquisto, con lunga videochiamata esplicativa del prodotto di mio interesse, passando per l’attesa della bici ed arrivando fino al post vendita, per chiarimenti di assemblaggio, manutenzione e cura della bici, coccola l’acquirente con risposte celeri ed esplicative. Per me è stata la migliore esperienza di acquisto online, superlativa.
Ho apprezzato molto anche l’onestà nel comunicare i tempi di consegna (leggermente maggiori rispetto ad altri produttori/venditori) e la serietà nel rispettarli.
Consegna con corriere celere nonostante i ponti festivi.

Had bike for week now all good.
The bike arrived well packed but there was a couple of holes in the packaging but inside it was well protected so no damage which was good.
The bike is well made and for an electric bike quite light.
Riding does feel like riding a non assisted bike with the useful assit up hills.
It rides well on some of the gravel roads I ride to work but you feel the bumps on the pot holes but that's normal.
The autonomy is good,get about the 100 km but I have the big battery .
The customer service is good up to now, communication good by WhatsApp.
Only negative I can think of is the welcome pack lights aren't so good ,huge front light ,back light last 2 mins before charging and reflectors for the spokes not good.Both lights have mini USB connectors not USB C.
It is nice they give you some Greece to Greece the front wheel when assembling
Assembly was easy by the way.
The bike is excellent and enjoying riding it.
The gears are good and the breaks are perfect.
Can really recommend the bike especially if you're looking for something made in Europe .All Italian made with the bam trek handle bars from France and the seat from France.

To order NOKO Vulcano: a great experience and an even much better bike
NOKO Vulcano was ordered 21st March and arrived on 16th April, so these are 21 days - BUT I had caused this 21 days (late order for extra Mudguards + Luggage Rack) and at every moment I got such a good contact and quick and friendly responds (per WhatsApp) by customer service also when I ordered 10 days later (31st March) Mudguards + Luggage Rack (sks) which were installed without any extra charge and customer service supported me so very well, even when I ordered it, so I safe shipping charge too - GREAT TEAM thank you very much for your patients as I decided so late for Mudguards + Luggage Rack.
But the best was the moment when FedEx delivered my completely assembled (normally 150€ extra charge) new bike in an enormous box so I only had to fix the pedals and handlebars, and for all this NOKO delivers the tools too. But NOKO paid shipping for me because as they declared: it´s for the delay (which was caused by my self ;-) ) normally your bike will be delivered in 14 days.
All components of NOKO Vulcano are so good chosen and every thing fits so well together - even as a picky Bavarian I really adore this high quality - Well done, thank you!!!
And till now I do not talk about all extra "gifts" that are delivered free: Bike computer BEELINE velo2, front- and rear lights, maintenance grease for chain, Bicycle bell and even the spoke reflectors (mandatory for Germany) WOW
First ride: I started cycling without e-boost because I´m used to cycle by my self all 60 years and it is so easy because this bike is even with the extra Mudguards + Luggage Rack very light (16kg) and has a great gear shift (by SDRAM) for 11 gears very easy and exact to use, so for example, you can cycle to the Biergarten without electrical support but in the evening when you ride back let you been "chauffeured" by this marvellous FSD 250kW motor in the rear wheel (no one sees it at first glance) - even if only you drink Spezi (Coke+Fanta) it´s so comfortable. The ordered bike is really very good quality and fully consistent with the discription. The store has very good customer service via WhatsApp. Great contact at every stage of the order and also long after receiving it.
