I couldn't be happier with the service from Noko. They delivered the fully assembled bike to Dublin, Ireland in just 10 working days. The customer service team is extremely fast and responsive. I highly recommend Noko bikes to e-bike enthusiasts. The build quality and performance are outstanding.

easy and simple site to chose what bike you need, the packing of the bike was also very satisfying.
Although on the packing it says made in Taiwan, thougt it was made in Italy. Little confusing.

Taiwan is recognized as a global leader in bicycle manufacturing, even many of the world’s top-tier brands produce their bikes there. This is due to the country’s exceptional know-how, cutting-edge technology, and the presence of specialized facilities that allow us to ensure the highest levels of precision and quality.
For us at NOKOBIKE, quality and reliability are everything. That’s why we work exclusively with highly qualified suppliers in Taiwan, asking them to meet the strictest standards in terms of materials, craftsmanship, and product testing.

Alles Bestens!!! Außergewöhnlich gut ist der NOKO-Kundenservice, der all meine Fragen von/vor der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung stets innerhalb eines Tages umfassend beantwortete. (Da könnten sich andere echt eine Scheibe davon abschneiden.) Und das Bike gefällt mir ebenso! Ein sehr schön verarbeitetes und leicht zu handhabendes Fahrrad eben, das nicht mit lästigem Übergewicht und unnötigen Gimmicks protzt und mit Motorunterstützung schon in der niedrigsten Unterstützungsstufe mehr als ausreichend Schub bietet. Und es fährt sich auch ohne Motor noch sehr angenehm. Die Lieferung erfolgte nach 14 Tagen ab Zahlung.
(Als VANMOOF-Geschädigter ist/war es mir auch durchaus wichtig, daß hinter dem noch jungen Start-up NOKO ein Unternehmen (TRA.FI.ME S.P.A.) mit längerer Erfahrung steht. Man merkt‘s dem Fahrrad und dem drumherum positiv an.)

Efter et år begyndte FSA-drivlinjen pludselig at drille på min nokovulcano.
Federica fra Noko-supporten fandt en lokal cykelsmed i mit område, som ville skifte drivlinjen på nokos regning. Nokobike sendte en komplet ny drivlinje med alle komponenter (indikator, batteri og helt nyt baghjul med motor) til den lokale cykelsmed. Afregningen foregik direkte mellem noko og cykelsmeden.

Nokourban for my wife
Everything went good, it was a preorder, the details were discussed via email, and everything is fine, as expected. The bike is nice, looks and feels good quality, so far I'm really satisfied.
Also, the S size -IMO- looks better than the stock photos showing probably M frames :)

I love my NOKO Urban e-bike.
I had never heard about this Italian brand, but when I saw it on YouTube, I knew this was the bike I should buy.
The WhatsApp communication with NOKO was easy. I ordered the bike, and received it one month later.
It's a lovely ride. So smooth. And the bike is so beautiful. It doesn't at look like a E-bike.
One of the greatest things is that it's not very heavy, so you can ride it easily without help from the motor. I'm looking forward to springtime and summer so I can go on longer trips without freezing, like we do right now here in Denmark.

Ich hätte nie erwartet, dass ein E-Bike so leicht sein kann! Das Noko Magma ist wirklich beeindruckend: Selbst ohne Motor fährt es sich hervorragend, mit unglaublicher Leichtgängigkeit. Dank des geringen Gewichts ist es wendig und einfach zu handhaben – perfekt für die Stadt und anspruchsvollere Strecken. Die elektrische Unterstützung ist kraftvoll, aber natürlich und ohne ruckartige Bewegungen. Zudem sieht das Design einfach fantastisch aus.
Auch der Kundenservice war erstklassig: Sie haben mich schon vor dem Kauf beraten und mich bis zur Lieferung des Fahrrads begleitet – immer freundlich und professionell. Absolut zufrieden, ich kann es nur empfehlen

Ho scelto la bici colore verde, ho letto tutto e ho visto tutto su NOKO BIKE, la ho ordinata qui da me in Svizzera, tutto perfetto, e chi pensa che in Italia generalmente non funziona niente si sbaglia di grosso, la prova e NOKO. la bici dal vivo e molto più bella di quanto sembrasse nei video ... Ragazzi favolosa... Leggera e divertente da guidare sembra che non abbia una batteria. Altro che le bike tedesche che pesano 25 kg, questo e Next Level... Per non parlare delle persone che lavorano alla NOKO, una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile. Questo per me è il massimo... Bravi ragazzi avanti così....
