Misleading, at best, promises of rush shipping
Misleading if not false content about what rushed shipping would result in. I paid hundreds extra only to be told I would not be getting the rug in any meaningful timeline because of some jargon around the release date from the warehouse. This is borderline violative of some consumer laws.

Unacceptable shipping and slow communication
I ordered a rug from Nordic Knots and the delivery experience has been very poor.
FedEx first gave Wednesday as the delivery date, then changed it to Thursday, then Friday, and now Monday.
The tracking history was confusing, and Nordic Knots took far too long to reply to my emails during the delay. The delivery information was unreliable throughout.
The product may be good, but the shipping and communication have been unacceptable.
After I posted this review, Nordic Knots replied publicly on Trustpilot saying they wanted to make this right, but I was not contacted directly by the following day.

There is so much I love about my rugs but my large shag rug is distinctly two colors - 80% one and then 20% another. I would have sent it back but it is insanely heavy. Getting it up to my walk up unit was an “adventure” — I can’t imagine trying to get it back down and shipped somehow

So konnte ich Farbe und Struktur des Teppichs vorab überprüfen und Gewissheit erhalten, dass er in mein Zimmer und für meine Bedüfnisse der Richtige ist. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Pretty but not worth the price
Really pretty rug and colour, but the quality in my opinion is very bad compared to the price. I’ve had it for a few months and it still needs to be vacuumed every day because it sheds and there’s so many loose threads sticking out from it.
