Delivery as scheduled and amazing dining set! Definitely recommend!

I had been searching for a while to find 25kg granite quadrants suitable for a Kettler cantilever parasol and eventualy came across this company (Kettler were unable to supply any). I saw that the reviews were on the whole positive and they had the slabs at a really good price with free delivery and perfect size. The site said 3-4 weeks delivery and they arrived on the fourth week. If I had any criticism it would be that I had no notice that they were being delivered until a phone call 5 mins before but fortunately I was home and the delivery chap was very polite and delivered with care even though it was over 30°on that day. The granite quadrants are great quality and look amazing. Really pleased all round.

Avoid this company. They are rude on the phone and tell lies!!!!!!

Joe delivered this item to my home in February and offered to put it together if I found it too much trouble. I finally got the bench together with the help of my son and husband and it's really fantastic. Heavy, solid and looks great. Joe had a coffee table on his van that matched so that still needs to be put together. It's all good quality. Can highly recommend.

We bought the Westminster teak garden bench and we absolutely love it. It looks even better now that we have treated with Semco teak sealer.
Tory kindly assembled it for us before delivery as a gesture of good will as we had bought before.

Unfortunately my table and chairs were faulty, big split in the table and woodworm in the chairs. Promised replacement but 3 weeks later nothing.

Bought a Kingston bench. On the FAQs in reply to the question "is the furniture delivered assembled?" the answer given is "Yes absolutely every piece arrives fully assembled by our friendly delivery team....no tools, no stress, no flat pack frustration.."
The bench arrived flat packed on a large pallet. It took a whole afternoon to assemble with significant stress: I needed an electric drill, an 8mm bit, a 4lb lump hammer (as the mortice and tenon joints were very tight), some longer screws than those supplied (which were pathetic) and a small hammer for the dowels (which didn't fit properly). So very misleading to say "EVERY" piece arrives fully assembled.

Not particularly good communication from company about delivery details and I had to chase up several times.

The quality is good. After ordering the confirmation said could be months before delivery. Then had notification it would only be only days with a date specified . Brilliant but only 4 stars as it then turned up a day early with no notice. Luckily someone was in to accept and the delivery driver was really good

Good product but poor delivery- it was just dumped on drive by agrumpy unhelpful staff and its very heavy

Quick delivery, and first rate garden furniture set.

Heritage dining set is of good quality and looks great. However, delivery quoted as 7-14 working days, but order placed on 9th March and delivery finally took place on April 28th. I did receive one email saying delivery window was 7 - 13 April, but heard nothing more. Had to ring twice to find out what was actually going on, apparently problems at Lowestoft.

Website implies "light assembly required" but had a huge forklift pallet delivered on the drive which I was left to unpack with no assistance to even move the items close to desired location. Having said that, it's a great end result.

Really disappointed with the company. We purchased teak table and chairs in August and they are already in a mess. One has a clean break through the wood, others are splintering with numerous cracks down the chairs. I have reached out for help by e mail, but no reply at all.

No contact for weeks, then they finally called to arrange a delivery, and didn’t deliver. Instead, they decided to deliver on one day we couldn’t do. The chairs have arrived covered in mould and the table has arrived damaged; the box is covered in footprints. Emailed to complain, but no response after several days, not even an acknowledgement. Nowhere near good enough on any account. Time to call my bank!!

Easy to order online. Delivery of furniture today on a pallet that was all wrapped and secured well. Very pleased with it. Very good quality. Delivery wasn't long. Thank you.

The quality of this furniture is very good , it is heavy consistent with solid tight grained timber. We received our delivery on Saturday a week after ordering it was well packaged . We purchased a set with four carver chairs and a round table. Very pleased , nice people to do business with.

Ordered Garden Table and 8 Chairs, delivery was 7-10 days but to my surprise I had a telephone call to say they could deliver it in just 2 days time. They telephoned the morning of delivery to let me know what time they would be here and they were spot on time. We have stored the items whilst garden is being redesigned but from what we could see it all looked really nice and we are really happy with it.

Good quality table and chairs but I didnt realise that I would have to build the table and a couple of the wooden pegs broke off so I had to drill them out
