Great experience
Great experience, we were kept informed at all times about the work which was to be carried out. Workers professional and courteous, came when they said they would. Work appeared to be a high standard, areas kept clean and any mess removed. We spoke to several admin staff, they were very pleasant and helpful.

The office staff were really helpful and professional to get all the information required for the works and went out of their way to complete the application quickly. The surveyors were punctual, polite and professional. Everything was well organised and easy for us to accommodate.

Easy to deal with and the installation team are first class.. installed with the efficiency and professionalism of an F1 pit crew, 20 minutes in and radiators were mounted on walls…. The sparky was just the same no drama just got on with the job

Heating retrofit
Hi this is a overall view of our experience for the planning design and installation of a retrofit heating and insulation grant of the eco 4 scheme by Northern eco Initially I was more than a little sceptical after being informed of what we were getting Free 125mm insulation of all outside walls a heat pump 13 radiators new wall extractors replacement skirtingboards repairs to floors trickle vents to windows solar panels all replastering where necessary internet heating
controls Nortern eco did all the organising ,planning,and created a scheme of works for the installation while another company who specialise in this field did the actual work.Northern eco were very good communication was excellent any questions dealt with quickly and efficiently so there was hardly any problems at all The only thing I could say was that we decided not to live at the property while the work was being done and therefore had to travel to meet anyone.could have could have had alitt designers workmen inspectors etc and could have been given a little more notice to be there to open up etc sometimes less than 24hrs but we soon got over that so as this is a review of the organisers rather than the actual tradesmen (who were great)i must say they could not have been better for us so many many thanks to all of you

The Plasterer were very tide put plastic sheets down cover up everything.The plumbers not so tide did not put plastic sheets sheet down said they did but not,could tell with my carpet and they cracked my toilet lid

Right from the staNew boiler + radiators.rt of my experiance…
Right from the start of my experiance with the GLS company, the staff on the phones were so polite and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They answered all my questions and concerns, and i felt that i was listened too.
The engineers that came were polite and respectful to me my home and my belongings, they explained all they were doing and how to work everything plus how to contact they if there should be a problem, i am very grateful and very happy.

Staff did exactly what they said would do and if anything was questionable, it was corrected without fuss. How 2 guys fit 9 radiators, pipework and a new boiler in a day is extremely impressive.
From initial enquiry to final loft insulation all staff worked hard, we're polite and informative. Highly recommend the Grant Store and their workmanship. Thank you very much 😊 ☺️ 🙏
