goverment boiler scheme
the guys arrived on time and procceded to carry out the work with the minimum of fuss keeping me informed as the job progressed they installed a new boiler and seven radiators there was a bit of upheaval as one would expect, but very happy with the result, they made sure they cleaned up and that everything was in working order before leaving. the whole process from the initial contact to the end of the job was spot on, the ladies in the office where very helpful with any questions i had cannt thank them enough for knocking on my door, highly recommend

KFrom applying for grant . Being kept up to date visit from Kate to my home who explained everything in detail . Visit from surveyer to being informed i had received the grant date of when work would start to what teams of tradesmen and days plus times of arrival to completion i am very satisfied and gratefull for the grant my system was very old I have piece of mind .

Northern Eco Installations
Northern Eco Installations were an amazing company from start to finish. The process was seamless from completing paperwork, surveying our property and completing the work. We were eligible for solar panels, loft insulation and storage heaters, all were fitted with minimal disruption. Each member of staff we had dealings with from admin to the workmen were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. would highly recommend this company.

Northern eco handled my grant…
Northern eco handled my grant application for new boiler promptly and very quickly, working with grantstore the job was completed without fault. Every appointment was preceeded with a phone call and everyone turned up on time. Brilliant. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant company to deal with from start to finish they take all the stress away by doing everything for you couldn’t believe how easy it was to sort everything out paperwork was done by them and admin kept me informed surveyors were fist class also worked it out so I had little disruption everything was done for my advantage so pleased I dealt with this company also how quickly the work was completed everything was done to my satisfaction so thankyou to everyone involved you made a great difference to my life by making it stress free experience which is very rare once again this company was a pleasure to deal with highly recommended

Very happy with work done
All in all the workmen were very pleasant and clean workers any mess made was vaccummed before leaving my property ,one electrician LIAM was very knowledgable in the equipment he was installing he answered all questions and I had a few ,also when speaking to the office staff at Grant Store Ltd they were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help with all my concerns had couple issues but all sorted very quickly Work all finished and working within 3 days as said it would be, excellent work, we are very pleased with what has been done.

We found Northern Eco to be very professional and very friendly and helpful. They talked us through everything and every step of the job and John who the whole process started with was extremely good in explaining the grant system without being too pushy, very easy to talk to, which makes you comfortable in making decisions, for the home improvements in your home. Also the office staff again very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. So if John knocks on your door please give him a minute of your time, it was really good for us. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. The contractors were superb. They were polite, friendly and respectful of our property. They fitted heaters, solar panels and loft insulation with the minimum upheaval, cleaned up well when they had finished and explained how everything worked. Northern Eco and The Grant Store gave us a good all round experience and we're very pleased with everything, from start to finish. A big thankyou to everyone involved 😁

Don't ignore the knock at the door!!
I answered a knock at the door on a very cold and wet January from a representative from Northern Eco - John.
He was very polite and felt at ease talking with him.
He explained who he was and the Eco scheme snd eligibility.
He asked a few questions and left a leaflet with a contact number for us to discuss and to call back if we were interested, no obligation.
I rang a couple of days later and John filled out necessary paperwork over the phone .
Things happened quickly then regarding our home being assessed and a plan of work to be carried out.
We were kept informed by the office regarding planned visits. Everyone was polite, punctual and answered any questions we had.
Once everything had been cleared , the work commenced.
This was carried out to a high standard by all tradesmen involved and were are very pleased with what they have done for us, transforming our home.

Had a boiler fitted, the installation went very well the team was very polite and clean, they never stopped working only had half an hour break both days. The whole thing only took 2 days. I would recommend this service to anyone. A big thank you.
