Brilliant scheme!
I’ve been so impressed with Northern Eco. I didn’t know about the scheme until someone knocked on my door, telling me about it. I couldn’t believe that I might be eligible for a free boiler, due to either a low income or health conditions, so I contacted my local Council who gave me a number to ring. From ringing that number, my new boiler was installed four weeks later - to the day! Free!
Grant Store Ltd, who carried out the work were amazing! So friendly and professional. Any issues were immediately rectified, such as the boiler installers brickwork could have been better! Grant Store sent someone out within days and it was put right. I only wish all companies were as conscientious! I really can’t speak highly enough of them. And I love the Hive system! Being an older person, I was worried I might find it complicated. It’s great! I’m not dreading next winter now as much as I would have been. My old boiler worked well enough but it was inefficient and expensive to run. My young neighbour was so impressed he’s helped his grandmother to apply.

From the our initial enquiry regarding about our old central heating system to follow up on the new installation. Northern Eco was totally professional at every step.
We were walked through the paperwork, the surveyors, engineers and installation team were punctual, extremely courteous and non invasive as they checked and carried out work through the property.
The standard of the materials and workmanship was of the highest quality. All work was done efficiently and the rooms were left clean and tidy. May we also add that their services are completely charge free.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

just had solar panels and Air Source heat Pump fitted by Northern Eco and what a brilliant job they did of it.
special thanks must go out to Chris who booked all the surveys Kain who spent 2 hours completing a very through survey.
Gemma and Savannah who were responsible for the application and lastly Jayne who booked all the technical surveys.
Job was made really easy with these guys and also aftercare has been really good as well would definitely recommend these guys if toy thinking of having heating improvements in your home..

Quick, efficient and professional, the Electrical work could however, be better. Having an electrician for an ex husband meant he recorrected the work. I think if a lot of work has gone into the install one element should fall short. I would however recommend the whole service from start to finish. Thankyou.

Give yourself time to move furniture or stuff that stops them from getting the radiators fitted.

My new central heating
I have called Northern Eco Installations to install my gas boiler and radiators. They were prompt, next day I had already an appointment which was amazing. The team worked hard and in two days my new central heating was installed. I don't have enough words to thank them. They did a great job!

Northern eco have done an amazing job for us . From the initial admin and help completing the paperwork the admin team were brilliant,always helpful and very approachable. The whole process from start to finish was excellent, with everyone involved being first class, they got on with the work in hand and were a great set of lads. Excellent company. Administered, scheduled and planned our application for heat pump central heating and solar panels. Whole process from start to finish was seamless. We received a timetable of the process and this was adhered to exactly. Communication also excellent. Would highly recommend.
