Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent. I knew what was happening at each stage of the installation. All the installation teams were polite, knowledgeable and took my mum's abilities into account and absolutely nothing to clear up.

A first rate experience.…
I had gas central heating installed and the whole process bar one thing went seamlessly. The one thing that did cause a hold up was the local authority who made several errors concerning my Council Tax bill. The company were very helpful while this was going on and very understanding. The job was done by real professionals who did not stop once for a break but carried on working. The same applies to the new kitchen roof that was fitted to give much improved insulation. I had storage heaters before and the difference is simply amazing. I can change the temperature speedily by simply turning one knob in the heating controls compared with having to wait until the next day to make any changes. I would recommend this company to anyone , you will be both warmer and save money.

All the people that we had to deal with were friendly “down to earth “ and explained the procedure in a common sense manner. When the paperwork was submitted if it wasn’t quite right we were guided through the procedure to provide the correct details to make it acceptable to the grant providers.

DID NT NEED TO WORRY
I actually was dreading the week you guys were coming.
I have a medical condition, one of the side effects, is intense anxiety.
The install went so smoothly and quickly.
I made myself busy and let the guys get on with it.
All the guys involved were really friendly. Left no mess at all.
It was a miserable existence before, going to bed early to escape the cold in the depths of winter,my walls also starting to go damp.
I love summers, but am looking forward to the next winter, to use my new central heating in the cold weather.
A life changer. I cant thank you enough

All the contractors worked quickly and efficiently, they cleaned up after they had finished and made sure all was left as they found it, work was carried out to a high standard.

Very well informed throughout the process, unfortunately we did have a few issues with finishing touches,(insulation, heating) but when I highlighted the issues they were very quick to respond and rectified.
