I ordered the wrong item, Cox advised me where I had gone wrong and sent me the correct Item, I can't fault the service!

Looked at a lot of sites selling brakes pads for my ST1300, Cox Honda were priced well and their service was first class.

parts arrived as described and o.k but replacement air filter did not locate at back of air box properly, so bent it slightly to fit but it would'nt! oh dear.--after that i was recently contacted by joe at cox honda who offered me my money back on the bent part (even though i had bent it slightly) i could not believe it! what great service .i would definately use again. thank you very much.

Such a pleasant experience dealing with Cox Honda. I ordered a Honda Pan European Service Kit and it was delivered by courier in a couple of days, with no charge for carriage. Top result. I carried out the service but lost a screw from the air box. I got straight back onto them and spoke to Damian Brog in the Internet Sales Department. The guy was magic. He obtained the part promptly and it was delivered the following day. I'll be back. Thanks very much Damian.

I shopped around and found that Cox Honda were the cheapest for the item I wanted but were the cheapest postage as well.The parts I ordered arrivefrom within 48 hours well packaged and undamaged.I will use this dealer again and recommend you give them a try.

Although product was delivered on time my delivery instructions were not given to the courier which meant it was delivered a day late. But then the couriers did not leave a card saying where they had left the package!

I purchased an accessory for my scooter from Cox Honda. I checked prices on the internet and found cox to be constantly low! Great!!!
