A pleasure to deal with from the 1st Email (i emailed 4 company's and only got a reply from Cox Honda shocking) was after a CBR1000RR6 side stand for my Tuono, got a great price, rang and ordered on a Friday was told would be with me by Thursday/Friday the following week so was delighted when it arrived on Wednesday.......Will definately be recommend them to people i know and any Tuono owners who want a better side stand.

I would recommend Cox Honda online purchasing to anyone who needs a present quickly. The communication is excellent and immediate, and they go out of their way to help. My only reservation is the t shirt I bought was sized inaccurately. I had to return it for one marked 3 times bigger than my husband actually is! it's a good company to deal with though, and I will again.

It was my 3rd time when I used this shop. As always I did not regret. Customer service helped me a lot. I advice me with the price, quality and the brand of the item I purchased. I spend about 2 weeks testing the product and everything what they said was true.

Excellent service, quality products.
They make sure you get all the parts needed for your motorbike. The viscosity of the oil was chosen to match the current time of the year.
A little extra for me was the update regarding the order was in my native language (which is not English) ... nice touch!

I will be using them from now on.

I wish to thank the hard working team at Cox Honda. Myself and my brother both have the same motorcycle, a VFR 1200 Crosstourer. Although the luggage is adequate, it has nothing on the Givi luggage. The team helped with the request for 2 sets of luggage and recommended the Trekker system. Once we had decided the team then assisted in ironing out any of the issues and getting the equipment to us, within the time required before we left on our tour. I can not recommend this company enough. Many thanks.

I really can't say enough good words about the service I received. I made an enquiry regarding a one-piece leather suit and after advising the guys of which one I was after; they arranged a price I couldn't refuse. To top it off, it arrived the next day at no extra charge.

I recently purchased alpinestars jacket trousers Rest boots and richa gloves 2 items were out of stock but I was offered replacements and was very happy thanks to Damian and Joe
