Fantastic customer care and great products
I've always had a great experience with Notbranded in terms of product quality, price, and shipping. Unfortunately, during my last order, the local courier ran into issues and the package got stuck in transit. Their customer service was amazing: they replied quickly, were very kind, and resent the whole order without charging me anything extra. Thank you for the wonderful support!

What's not to like
What I really appreciate: super prompt shipping and delivery to a parcel box. Arrives in ~ 1 week which is great for where I live. Never had issues with an address misprint or anything of the sort, all notifications in order.
Quality of the pieces - good. Nothing has tarnished yet. Amazingly, I've been wearing a ring (Victoria) all summer, washing hands with it during the day, and it still looks fine.
Finally, I love that there is a wide choice of earrings that are a closed loop. I wear headphones often, and sleep without taking them off, and it's comfortable and secure - it will also be good with winter hats!
All in all, I'm a fan.

This brand had shamelessly copied designs of the (also Dutch) brand MyJewellery. This is unacceptable. I hope they will get sued for this.
Edit: funny how their reply makes it worse. It is not similar, but a shameless copy. Even the way it is presented in the box is the same.

Sehr schlechte und billige Qualität
Sehr schlechte und billige Qualität, ganz dünne und weiche biegsame Stecker. Ohrringe, die bereits beim vorsichtigen Herausziehen aus der Plastikumhüllung verbiegen und auch bereits schon vorher verbogen sind.
Defekte Verschlüsse, Steinchen fallen schon raus beim Herausziehen aus der Plastikumhüllung. Insgesamt habe ich bessere Qualität aus China-Shops zu Hause. Sehr enttäuschend, da das Design mir sehr gefällt. Schade, notbranded, ihr hättet bei einer guten Qualität wie bei Konkurrenten Pu.... oder Lua.... sicher ein großes Potenzial mit dem Design gehabt. Mich habt ihr verloren.

Aucun arrangement ni geste commercial ne m’a été proposé. Le personnel s’est montré peu compréhensif et pas particulièrement agréable.
Je suis très déçue de cette expérience et je déconseille fortement.

Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que nous vous avons demandé des photos des bracelets afin de pouvoir évaluer le problème et vous proposer une solution adaptée. Malheureusement, nous ne les avons pas reçues.
Concernant le retour, il n’est pas nécessaire de préparer vous-même une étiquette à la main : au bureau de poste, il suffit de communiquer l’adresse de retour afin qu’une étiquette puisse être créée sur place.
Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous ayez été déçue par votre expérience et restons bien entendu disponibles pour examiner le problème si vous souhaitez encore nous envoyer des photos accompagnées d’une explication 😊

Deceptive Shipping & Dispatch
Really disappointed with my customer experience - their website displayed a same day shipping policy which wasn't fulfilled in time.
When I emailed asking to cancel, they told me I couldn't cancel (even though their shipping policy says you can if you email before dispatch). Then told me that I was wrong despite my very clear proof. When I called them out on this they said they'll "discuss internally and respond to me on Monday" which they never did as of 2 weeks ago.
The earrings I bought were nice, the rest was fine, but ultimately customer service was shocking.

When you contacted us, your order had already been packed, labelled and included in our shipping batch. As you reached out outside of our working hours and our orders are processed very quickly, an automatic reply was sent explaining that the order could no longer be cancelled. By the time we saw your message, the order had already been shipped.
We also understand the confusion around our same-day shipping policy. Your order was placed after our actual 7 PM cut-off, but due to a timezone error on our website, the 7 PM cut-off was displayed incorrectly for UK customers. We therefore understand why you expected it to be shipped that same day.
We had intended to follow up with you about this and offer a discount for the inconvenience, but unfortunately we were unable to find your email again. I’ve just been able to find it using your name, and I’ve now sent you a discount code as promised.
We’re very sorry for the confusion and for not getting back to you sooner. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you liked the jewelry 💗

I bought 3 earrings, they were great, really cute and had amazing quality, one earring broke after 2-3 days of wearing them. I reached out to customer support and they offered to send me a new pair. They have the sweetest customer support and i will definitely continue to shop with them. :]

Disappointed.
I ordered a necklace from here at christmas and although i absolutely love the style, the wire broken after 7 months of wearing it (and not wearing it every day!)
I contacted customer service asking about a repair or a replacement and they said that because it was past three months they would only offer me a 5 euro voucher to buy another one. So disappointing.

La politique de retour est…
La politique de retour est catastrophique. Il faut envoyer le colis soit même par la Poste sans aucune aide. Ils ne fournissent pas de QR code et tout est à nos frais. Minimum 15€ le colis ! Aucun intérêt !

Geduld hebben
Met enige geduld voor de klantenservice komen ze uiteindelijk wel door voor je met een oplossing wanneer iets niet goed is gegaan. De oorbellen die ik bestelde waren bij aankomst niet zoals in gedachten, deze heb ik nu ingewisseld voor een set wat meer bij me past en hier ben ik erg blij mee!

Service après-vente au top !!
J’ai reçu une montre avec un défaut, impossible de pouvoir l’attacher au poignet. J’ai envoyé un mail au service client, j’ai eu une réponse en - de 24h et ils m’ont renvoyé une nouvelle montre le jour même. La nouvelle montre est parfaite, très belle et de bonne qualité. Aucun renvoi de la montre avec le défaut m’a été demandé.
Merci beaucoup, je recommande cette marque et je pense que je passerai une autre commande.
