I have been growing male patterned facial hair for over a decade and it got to the point where I was waxing/plucking multiple times a week. Within two weeks of starting these supplements I’m down to waxing/plucking once a week and the hair is growing in much finer. I’ve also seen less hair fall from my head in the shower and less bloat/puffiness. I’m not taking any medications and haven’t made dietary changes so I attribute the changes completely to these supplements. I started taking them to help regulate my cycle so the rest is a great plus. My cycles have not yet regulated after a month of being on the supplements but I plan to stick with this for at least three months and hopefully the regular cycles will come. 🙏

Really feel a difference taking these supplements! My mood is better, my acne is improving, my digestion and overall body feeling is improving. Super excited to continue to use them and see where we are 3 months from now

Although it has only been 2 months since I started the Nourished Period Repair + Regulate supplement, I have noticed an improvement in my energy, hair, nails, and cycle. Also, since this supplement includes several essential vitamins, I have been able to cut out other vitamins, which helps with my budget also. These are definitely worth a try!

I've been taking these vitamins for 2 months now and honestly I haven't seen any changes at all. I will stay hopeful though because I need relief.

I purchased the “Androgen Blocker” supplements from this company. After one month I saw no change so I continued to take the supplements. During the second month of taking these pills the hair on my face and neck got even darker and more corse, and the hair loss on my head got worse. This supplement is supposed to do the opposite. I understand though that different people may have different reactions.

All of the reviews on their website are very positive and because of my very different experience I wanted others to be aware. I got the link to leave a review emailed to me by customer service, and left my own one star review. To this day, nearly a month and a half after I left the review it has not appeared on their website. They hand pick which negative reviews they want left on their products. Then the negative reviews that are on their website they comment and suggest that it’s the persons lifestyle or something of their doing instead of their product.

Again I totally understand that different people have different reactions, but if I saw that some people had negative reactions to this supplement I might have thought twice.

I'm so grateful to have found Nourished Natural Health products! I've tried so many different supplements over the years on my long PCOS journey, but thanks to Tam & her PCOS Repair Protocol book, I've finally identified my PCOS root cause and what supplements actually work best for me. My PCOS type is a mixture of Adrenal and Insulin Resistant so I am currently taking the Adrenal PCOS bundle (Androgen Blocker, Cycle Regulate + Ovulate and Calm + Destress) as well as PCOS Blood Sugar Balance. The products are incredible and I'm already seeing the results. I'm finally having normal monthly cycles after years of having irregular periods; the androgen blocker has helped with my hormonal acne and hirsutism; the PCOS blood sugar balance has helped my sugar cravings, and the Calm + Destress has helped me manage my stress and anxiety through out the day. I love all the products, and I also just ordered the Brighten + Glow Skin Serum and am so excited to try it as well!

I started period repair and regulate after being diagnosed with PCOS. After coming off of birth control I would get my period every 90 days or longer. My gyno wanted to put me back on birth control to regulate my cycle but I didn’t want to be on any hormones anymore. So I decided to give this a try and said if it didn’t work I would go back on birth control. Once on Period repair and regulate I get my period every 35 days now which I never thought was possible. No birth control necessary and now I get my cycles regularly for the past year. Love this product.

I have been dealing with PCOS since I was a teenager and the worst symptom of all facial hair/hirsutism. After doing some research I wanted to find an “all-in-one”supplement that would help so I’d didn’t have to purchase and take so many pills. I came across Nourished Natural Health and their products and decided to give them a shot. I made my first purchase on October of 2022 and less than a week my products arrived. I have been using Androgen Blocker and PCOS Blood Sugar Balance once a day since then. I will say it took several months to see a difference but my facial hair has thinned significantly and has lightened and I can only see them with my 12x magnified mirror. I have not had any side affects and I’m very happy with the results. I will continue using this and pray it’s never discontinued.

I dont usually post reviews but this has been a life changer. & im so happy i’ve came across the company. In trying to manage my pcos, ive learned so much about my symptoms & ways i can help it which has peaked my interest in taking care of my body even more. Ive recently tried the supplements & after the first month i was sold, at first i didnt think it would make a difference, but by being consistent and taking them as the directions stated i was able to see a biggg difference in my overall mood & energy levels, but most excitingly, my period pain levels went down too while also shedding a day off of my period too!!

This company has the most amazing customer service. Any time I have a question they have been quick to respond. Their answers are thought out and helpful, not just quick auto-messages. Not to mention this product has helped me tremendously. I do want to point out that in order to have a successful outcome it is important to read and apply the information they offer regarding nutrition and fitness. Pcos recovery requires a lifestyle change, not a magic pill!

Amazing course that is packed full of great information that really helped me conquer my health concerns. Also having a group on hand to asks questions when needed and having it full of supportive woman who have been through the same things as yourself really helps this course stand out from the crowd. Not only that, the creators are lovely and answer every question brought to them, plus every month they hold a q&a to answer them directly.

Tam and Mikaela has been the best support ever! I saved up for almost 2yrs to join this course and no regrets. I learned so many things to balance out my hormones. The support team always helped in giving me tips and feedback whenever I needed them. My most favorite would be the exercise bundle that came with my HHA course.

HHA is an amazing resource. I could not be more thankful to receive guidance from Mikaila and Tam. These two ladies really know their stuff and teach it in a non-judgmental and accommodating way. The modules really educate you on the innerworkings on the female hormonal system and help you to apply reasonable and effective changes to help your body heal forever. I have noticed so many positive results just in the short time that I have been implementing the modules. My hair stopped falling out, my acne is basically gone, and my periods are starting to resemble a normal period again :). This program is a no brainer.

I was hesitant to join HHA as I had joined a PCOS program a year before that cost 10X the amount of your program. With the previous program I made very slight progress, completed several costly blood test and was taking 20+ supplements a day. It felt like it was a full time job remembering to take the supplements at certain times of the day. After being on that expensive, timely program and seeing minimal improvement I was feeling defeated. HHA provided me more in 8 weeks then I saw for a full year with a previous program.

My main concerns were excess hair growth, hair loss and difficulty with weight loss. HHA supported me to improve my excess hair growth but I’m still hoping for more improvement as time goes on. And my hair loss is improving but I know that will take time to notice. Your program first introduced me to the possibility of having insulin resistance, this was completely unknown to me. I thought this meant diabetes, and my HgA1c was 5.0%. I’ve recently discovered I was getting hypoglycemic during the night time and early mornings, a bed time snack has helped with this. It’s amazing how awake and alert I now feel each morning. My frequent snacking on chocolates and other sweets was really harming my body. I knew I ate healthier than the average American but my nutrition still needed improvement. The recipes provided, the discussion around balance meals has been super important for my success. I would frequently have meals without any carbs thinking that was a healthy choice. And adding healthy fats terrified me but made a huge improvement for me. I’ve lost about 5ish lbs but people compliment me like I’ve lost 20 lbs!!! I guess the bloat and puffiness has really improved! Thank you, thank you for all your help and I’m excited to see my progress as my health journey continues.

I really enjoy the whole program and I love how encouraging Tam & Mik were. They were both very supported throughout the process and reminding us that we don't have to tackle this head on and just change our lifestyle in one day/week. But to give ourselves grace and that baby steps is all we need to do, especially in the beginning. I also love how they both responded to my and other people's questions in a timely manner. And I LOVE the FB group. Not only I consider Tam & Mik my PCOS support system, but the people that are on the FB group have been a great support system as well. I hope in the future that Tam & Mik will do another sub program to this program!!

Thank you Tam and Mikaila I really enjoyed Hormome Harmony Academy. I feel like I learnt a lot. To start with I wanted to open all of the modules and know l of the information and then towards the end I wanted it to slow down and give me more time. Such a great program, I saw results within the first couple of weeks. Love the comprehensive education modules spaced over the weeks and the Facebook community was a great place to ask questions and find community in hearing other people’s experiences.

I joined HHA around July 2020 as I suffered two consecutive miscarriages not making it past six weeks. My hormones were all over the show. I joined HHA to help balance my hormones and to hopefully have a successful pregnancy. I started the course and immediately implemented all the tools suggested. Within four weeks for the course I fell pregnant again and am currently 23 weeks pregnant! I know I am not at the finish line yet however I am so grateful for this course as I believe it has helped me to sustain pregnancy this far. I am so happy I found this course and truely appreciate all the support Tam has provided throughout.
